"Jeg og mine to teenagere skulle bruge et billigt hotel på vej mod Frankrig. Vi blev meget forsinket på vej derned og receptionen lukker kl 20 i forhold til tjek ind. Men de ringede os op og forklarede hvordan deres selv-chek-in service fungerede og vi fik koden. Alt forløb uden problemer da vi kom ..."
