appartement à recommander propreté emplacement et très bien aménagé clim espace literie cuisine équipée sécurité tout y est. si on doit revenir à Barcelone nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs

Barcelona Delight

Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and 10 mins in other direction to trendy shops, bars and restaurants. Very modern facilities including washing machine, dishwasher etc.

Great apartment in ideal location

We had a great experience at the apartment. They kept in contact with us via email before we set off and the host was ready for us when we arrived. The apartment is a very large clean modern apartment that has everything you require. It is right next to the beach and the Barceloneta metro stop.

propre, métro au pied ... bonnes prestations

agréable et spacieux, propre et pratique... s'il fallait trouver des points négatifs, pas de cafetière (mais signalé donc ça devrait aller) et Wifi pas du tout performant. Bon voyage.

Fantastic all around (4 nights)

This apartment was the best place we have every stayed at! Great location, 3 small grocery stores less than 3 min walk, tons of great restaurants less than 5 mins walk in any direction, and the port and beach was right there as well! The room has everything you need to include washer/dryer machine. We didn't figure out how to work it properly. Just make sure you get good instructions on how to operate it properly before the host leaves the appt. The only mark down was in the condition of the room, the toilette seat was broken and a lamp shade was torn. Nothing that made the stay less enjoyable. Oh yea the wireless internet was extremely slow. You shouldn't be playing online games on vacation but it is ok for checking email or plotting out your next sight. Overall, super experience!!!

Frais de nettoyage !!!

Lors de la réservation et sur votre site aucune mention de paiement de frais de ménage. Surprise à l'arrivée alors que nous avions préparé le montant exact de la location, on nous réclame 50 € de frais pour le ménage !! Pour un séjour de 2 nuits !!! Merci de mentionner clairement sur vos annonces ce genre de frais supplémentaires.

Perfect place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. It's literally right next to the Barceloneta Metro station. Located in Port Vell, it's a very pleasant walk to both the marina and beach area. Lots of convenient stores, bars and restaurants just walking distance. Despite the all the local activity and traffic, it was relatively quiet at nighttime. Able to get a restful night sleep in a pretty comfortable bed. The unit is very clean, modern and roomy with lots of useful amenities. Loved having a washer/dryer, but wished there was a manual to show us how it worked (had to look up the symbols online). Just be ready to pay the balance owed upon check in. They wanted it paid full in Euro cash (rest of the 80%). Overall, we highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Sehr schönes Appartment.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Wir hatten mit 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Klima und WiFi wahren vorhanden und funktionierten, Wifi war allerdings nach dem ersten Tag sehr lahm. Aber nun das Wichtige, durch die zentrale Lage, Hafen, Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens für Urlaub und Städtereinen geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Fräscht modernt nära strand o stad

10-15 min promenad till stranden. Nära större mataffär, restauranger, t-bana och modernt fräscht. Bra med tvättmaskin så man kunde tvätta strandhanddukarna varje dag. Bra och tyst ac. Reste med två barn och två vuxna i mitten av augusti.

Loistava sijainti laadukkaasti

Huoneiston sijainti on aivan mahtava rannan ja vanhankaupungin välissä suoraan metropysäkin kohdalla. Talo on vilkasliikenteisen kadun varrella, mutta meteli ei kuulu asuntoon, koska esim. ikkunat ovat hyvin äänieristetyt. Huoneisto oli hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Voisin palata samaan huoneistoon uudelleenkin!

Location and great security. Separate bedroom so the boys could sleep on the Sofa bed. Even had english channels on the TV. Very new and modern.
