Our unique one bedroom penthouse is a real treat for all tourists, whether familiar with Barcelona or new to the city!
The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying a meal outside with friends or relaxing on your own. The penthouse is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in central Barcelona, just a 10-15 minute walk to all main tourist attractions and shopping centers.

You can get access to all apartment and terrace. The terrace is shared with the neighbors. The building has no lift but we could help you carry your luggage to the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor.

Pets allowed only with prior written request that meet the requested requirements that you have to pay 60€ each night of your staying

**When checking-in, we require a copy of your passport or a photo of it that can be uploaded through our website or sent via WhatsApp for police& security. Additionally, please be prepared to pay a tourist tax of 6.88€ per person, per day. It is important to familiarize yourself with all rules of the apartment and payment methods for international or other holidays before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

- after 20:00: 25€
- after 23:00: 50€
- Arrivals and Departures on Sundays and holidays:

Should You require an early Check-IN or a late Check-OUT, please ask for the availability** & rates**.
**Only in case of availability: -Early Check-IN: would be charged at 45% of daily standard rate. -Late Check-OUT: would be charged at 25% of daily standard rate.
