Host greeted us at door as soon as we got out of taxi and stored our suitcases until apartment was ready. Apartment was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. Easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

Apartment manager Junior was very friendly and helpful. Offered to store our bags proir to check-in time and actually got us in the apt. half an hour early. Recommend some places to eat nearby, and arranged a nice van to take us to the airport when we checked out.Thanks Junior!

Everything about our stay was top notch. The property itself was not only spotless, but charming. And much larger than we expected, The beds really comfortable. The location super. Lots of nearby good restaurants. Junior was the only family member we met - and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were delighted with everything about our stay here, Highly, highly recommend!

The check in process was a little difficult because we didn’t receive the information right away and ended up sitting outside the building for an hour, but once inside, the place was perfect for our needs. It had a comfortable master bed. Located on a Quiet street. The host provided coffee, some beverages and snacks which was appreciated after a long day of tours. Laundry facilities included a washer and dryer. There was a local market nearby to purchase fruit and snacks. Very walkable area. Easy to get taxis. We felt very safe in the building and in this area. The property manager was very accommodating when we asked for a top sheet and delivered it same day.

Great Stay in Barcelona - Location perfect

We had a great stay in Barcelona — the location was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. we arrived early and they were able to hold our bags in a very secured location. Place was clean and it was a quiet street. There is a great café just downstairs, right out the door that was perfect for breakfast and a great cup of coffee.The only small downsides were that there was no soap in the bathrooms and only a limited number of towels, with no backups available. A few extras would’ve been helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, spacious, clean apartment in convenient location

The apartment is situated in a building with other apartments and managed by an office in the building. We had good communication with the people in the office prior to our arrival via WhatsApp and we were immediately buzzed in when we arrived, with a staff member greeting us. She escorted us to our apartment and spent quite a while explaining logistics tp us, including locations of nearby Metro stops. She also gave us an informative booklet with things to do, restaurants, and what to do in case of a medical emergency. She was very helpful and thorough, including how to reach her during the day (WhatsApp) and phone numbers in case of medical emergencies.During our stay, we had a few questions and were able to reach her immediately via WhatsApp.The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished. It’s only a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket, and a 30-45 minute walk to major sights, such as the Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, the El Born district, Rambla shopping street, Casa Batllo, and the harbor area. A metro stop is close. Although on a major street, it was quiet in the apartment.We were very pleased with the apartment, the location, and the assistance received from the staff in the office..

Pre Cruise in Barcelona

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and perfect for four people. Great area of Barcelona with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and convenience stores. Very short walk to La Rambla, the zoo and Ciutadella Park. Management was responsive and very helpful. Junior was awesome!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as the pictures show. Spacious and comfortable. Easy access. Perfect location - walking distance to everything. Excellent host - responsive and helpful. Quiet building with old world charm. Elevator. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 guests.

Great location and walkable to many restaurants and sights. Property manager was very accommodating for luggage storage before check in which was really appreciated. Apartment was a good size for 2 couples and great for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, washer/dryer and safe were great features

Absolutely FABULOUS

What a stunning place to stay in the most central part of the city. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and welcoming and the 4 of us had the most fabulous time. The renal company was there to greet us and took their time to give us recommendations. Coffee pods were provided as well as a nice bottle of cold water in the fridge. The place also has a washing machine and dryer which was a bonus and a hairdryer in each bathroom.....simple things that were very much appreciated. Everything is walkable (extremely safe) and there are cafe's & restaurants right outside the door. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay there. Enjoy

Fantastic Stay!

Property was fantastic! Walking distance to major locations in the city. The property was clean and spacious. Communication with property management was excellent. I will most definitely rent from property management again on my next stay to Barcelona.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Junior was very helpful and we were able to store our luggage until check in time. He also reserved a taxi for us at check out. Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend staying here !
