    Ubicado en un edificio de arquitectura ganador del premio, este moderno apartamento en Barcelona tiene la belleza impresionante detalle en todo. Techo a piso inclinado ventanas, piso de madera texturas nuevas y otras de diseño suave acentúan este espacio espectacular. Es agradable y acogedor, pero con una muy de moda, con el borde urbano.

    Entusiastas del diseño y aquellos que buscan que la moderna sensación de Barcelona les encantará el apartamento. Sin embargo, gran comodidad y proximidad a la Sagrada Familia se adapte a todos los gustos.

    Barrio y ubicación

    El apartamento se encuentra en una codiciada, el barrio histórico. La catedral de la Sagrada Familia, el monumento de la definición de Barcelona, ​​es, literalmente, a pocas calles de distancia. Eixample Dreta es famosa por sus edificios con grandes balcones, fachadas y está lleno de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

    En tan sólo un corto paseo a través de estas hermosas calles se llega justo en el centro, la elegante Paseo de Gracia, Ramblas, la Plaza Catalunya y de todas las atracciones populares de Barcelona.     En el salón abierto amplio y luminoso hay 1 sofá cama, una lámpara de pie gigante, un mueble moderno, una estación audiovisual y mucha luz de sus enormes ventanas soleadas. El comedor consta de una mesa y asientos para 5.

    CAMA Y BAÑO

    El dormitorio principal tiene 1 diseñador cama queen size, mesillas, lámparas y armario. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, una cómoda y mucha luz natural. En el salón, el sofá se convierte en 1 cama individual.
    El cuarto de baño completo con bañera, ducha, lavabo y WC.

    COCINA

    Aparte de un juego completo de menaje, la cocina fresca también está equipada con: Frigorífico, congelador, microondas, cocina vitrocerámica y horno, tostadora, batidora, licuadora, hervidor y cafetera. La barra de bar con taburetes con vistas a un patio interior en especial y es un espacio extra para comer y socializar.

    Este apartamento también incluye:

    Caliente de aire acondicionado frío / calor en todas las habitaciones, secador de pelo, lavadora, plancha TV / DVD / CD, doble acristalamiento, sistema de seguridad con interfono, ropa de cama y toallas, cuna y silla para bebé.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to many top sites in Barcelona, and easy access to several metro stations covering multiple lines. Host is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely try to book here again!

We had an amazing stay! The property is walkable to everything and José was so helpful and kind. The place was very comfortable, clean and in a safe neighborhood.

Great Place to Stay

Cozy, clean flat with everything you could need. Located in a very central location & easy walking to great shops, attractions & downtown. Host was very accommodating to our flight times & helpful with questions. I would highly recommend this property & host.

Jose was a wonderful host, very helpful with check-in and check-out process and tips for sites. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many famous places, as well as subway stations and buses. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave, even in the living room which is in the sun for a long time. The washing machine was very convenient and clothes dry quite quickly once hung on the provided rack. The living room is cozy but comfortable for a couple of people and it’s pleasantly bright. It faces a playground and a school yard. The children playing most of the day and early evening can be noisy, although it didn’t bother us. The two bedrooms are quite dark but we just spend bedtime there. The place might benefit from some spruce-ups but it has everything you might need, including detergent for both washing machine and dishwasher and a beach umbrella. Overall, we would recommend it if you want to stay in the Eixample area, which is one of the best areas to stay in Barcelona.

Location can't be beat

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the washer after a week of traveling. The location was ideal walking distance to lots of sites (only needed a cab to the airport). Our host even gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. We hit the bakery next door for fresh bread every morning.

Great Barcelona Location

We really enjoyed our time here. We walked to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Boqueria. It is super close to the metro lines if you need to go further which we used for going to Barceloneta, Park Guell, and Montserrat. Felt safe walking back from dinner from restaurants that didn’t even open until 8PM😊

Great place in Barcelona for a family of 4!

I stayed here with my husband and two girls - 7 and 4. It was very clean and safe and had great space for all of us. There was a small playground right outside that was perfect for my 4 year old. There were very good restaurants and grocery places close by. The host was extremely helpful.

Great location, lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona- it was centrally located so we could get around the city easily, it was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and in a great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Jose was very helpful and accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with him.

Don’t think twice!

This is a wonderful property. The pictures show an accurate description. The apt is very clean and centrally located. The neighborhood has everything you need and is easy to teach all that Barcelona has to offer. Also it is very safe at all hoursw. Jose the host is the best,He will help you with anything you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Sunny Bright Cozy Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Barcelona. It's centrally located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery items. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was perfect and there were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Jose was a great host, met us upon our arrival and provided valuable information along with a map of places nearby! Highly recommend.

Great spot in heart of city

This is a great apartment ideal for 3 or 4 people. Super clean and well equipped with all essentials. A great location to explore all the neighborhoods. Easy walk to major sights and lots of great cafe and tapas options. Jose the manager was outstanding..always available and super helpful. He met us at apartment, gave us great tips for restaurants and super markets. Our Best VRBO experience yet.

Perfect location

Our family of three (including a 17-year-old) had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as advertised with everything you need to be comfortable. The location is amazing and allows you to walk everywhere if you want to or hop on public transportation easily. It is quiet and in a great neighborhood, so you do not have a "touristy" feel. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions ahead of time (We had no problems with the property while there, but I am sure he would have been equally responsive then!). Highly recommend.

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose’s place. He’s always quick in responding to all communication. He met us at the apartment & made us very welcome. He also give suggestion for places to eat. The apartment is roomy & has everything we need. Location wise it’s also pretty convenient. 7-10 mins to a couple metro station. A couple coffee shops & grocery right around the corner. Thank you Jose for your hospitality and for making is feel so welcome.

Wonderful spot for exploring Barcelona

Josè was a fantastic host. Met us on the street when we arrived to walk us into the building. Explained all of the appliances and gave us a detailed description of how to get around Barcelona from this location and recommended nearby places to eat (fantastic!). He is extremely nice and communication was very clear before, during, and after the trip. The apartment was great for the 3 of us. Relatively small (by American midwestern standards) but typical for being in the middle of Barcelona. Very clean, the small kitchen was well furnished, and lots of sunshine in the main areas. Very quiet in the evenings. Amazing restaurants a block away, and subway stations a 5 min walk. Grocery, fruit stands, and pharmacies even closer than that. Overall, a great location. Felt like we were living in Barcelona, not just staying as tourists.

Best location and host!

Jose was a great host! After booking we actually had a slight change of plans and Jose was extremely accommodating. He also met us at check in and walked us through the apartment and amenities and also shared several recommendations in the neighborhood (all of which were great!). The apartment itself is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance from everything, with a number of great restaurants and cafe's within a 2 minute walk. Neighborhood was super safe, even when walking late at night. Felt less touristy as well which was preferred for us. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the space was enough for the both of us! We would 100% stay here again.

Perfectly located apartment - with really helpful owner

The property is really well located 10-15 minutes stroll from arc de triomphe and the edge of the old town in one direction and 10-15 minute stroll from Sagrada Familia in another. There are loads of good restaurants nearby and great shopping on Passeig De Garcia only 10 minutes walk away. There is a small bakery for breakfast and a supermarket within 2 minutes from the front door - perfect! The owner Jose was excellent, meeting us at the apartment, making sure we knew how things worked and settling us in with advice on nearby restaurants. He even booked us a taxi to the airport on our last day! The apartment has everything you need - very clean with loads of thoughtful touches - even umbrellas in case it rains! We will definitely be back!

Basic spacious apartment - needs updates

The host was great with communication and check in. Met us at late arrival and gave us maps. Apartment was spacious & clean. Many restaurants in the neighborhood but if you are gluten free you will have trouble finding a good meal - mostly pasta/pizza/burgers. There’s a supermarket across the street but has almost nothing, but a very nice fruit store around the corner. A big market store a few blocks away. Apartment is next to a school so very noisy around 5-6 pm. We were never home during day. TAXIs super easy to get here, one street over. There is a clothes washer and a drying rack which is nice. Some issues with apartment need updates 1) the lock on the door does not fit well between the door and the door frame. First day we came back we had to call the host because we couldn’t get in. Turns out you just have to pull and wiggle the door until it is in alignment. Very frustrating to spend 3-4 minutes every time we come back to get the door open. This really should be replaced and work perfect every time. Or better yet do away with physical key 2) towels are very old, thin, & rough. 3) Same with bed linens - old, thin, not soft. I travel with a small blanket I use for the plane since planes are cold. I ended up using that the entire stay as it was better than what was provided. For the price charged, I think decent towels and linens should be provided. A VRBO should be a comfortable place to stay. Finishing touches definitely missing from this apt.

Great Host, Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The location is very convenient. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. Nice quiet family neighborhood within walking distance of most sites. Jose is more than accommodating. We had travel difficulties getting to Barcelona, arriving around 11:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm. Jose met us on the sidewalk as we got out of the cab and showed us the apartment and gave us map and directions for getting around. There is a washing machine and drying rack, which came in very handy as we had already been traveling a week and needed to do some laundry. I highly recommend this apartment.

Cozy apartment in walking distance to many sites

Jose was extremely helpful and responsive from the planning stations to our departure. He was very accomodating for checkin and even arranged a taxi for our departure. He's a great host!
