Spectacular duplex near Barcelona and beach

You will love my place because of the outdoor areas, the light, the tranquility and the proximity to Barcelona Center. Surrounded by nature with spectacular views .. My accommodation is good for families (with children) and groups of friends . Private garden of 80 meters with night lighting. Areas with lawn, playground for children, solarium area. Large house with large sliding windows that allow opening the house to the terrace area. A great home for a great stay.

The house is spread over two floors; The main one is composed by dining room kitchen of 70 square meters and has a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, the complete bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with dressing area and bathroom with bathtub. This spacious room has a large window opening onto a large balcony with mountain views.

My home is safe and complies with sanitation protocols for good cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and areas of the accommodation. My products are the same as those used for disinfection in hospitals and with chlorine active ingredients. Likewise, we guarantee a safe check-in / check-out according to the guidelines established by the Government. I provide my guests with hydroalcoholic gel and one surgical mask per person (single use).

The townhouse is in a quiet area, with little traffic. A forest is 1 minute away, with green areas for walking, outdoor sports, and cycling. A beach with crystal clear water is also close by. Reach Central Barcelona in a few minutes' drive.

From the house you can walk to the center of the village, to activities areas for the little ones, as well as bars and idyllic restaurants in the village. There are also supermarkets, bakeries and shops typical of a beautiful and elaborate village.
To get around the town there are buses that take you to Barcelona Centro and surroundings.

Modern house of habitual use with everything necessary to spend a few pleasant days. From the house you can reach Barcelona by car in 15 minutes. The location of the house allows you to be close to a big city as it is barcelona but with the tranquility and rest it is to live in a quiet area with ample spaces and no noise.
