Alojamiento que no condice con las cualidades avisadas ni con el precio cobrado. El año pasado me alojé en la Rambla Cataluña a dos cuadras de Pase Gracia, en un piso más amplio, de mejor calidad y de precio inferior

Excelente localización , servicios y instalaciones . El piso es ideal para un grupo grande . Tiene 3 baños muy completos , salón comedor enorme . Las habitaciones son cómodas !

Fabulous birthday stay for 10 people!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here - 10 of us for a 60th birthday weekend. Wonderful apartment, just as described, in a really great location. Communication with the staff before arrival was excellent - they were always prompt in their replies to my queries and very helpful with offering to book.restaurants/tours and our transport was efficiently booked to and from the airport. I also gave them a food shopping list as we had a late arrival on the first night and the supplies were there on arrival at the apartment. The apartment itself was immaculate, with all the kitchen appliances we could wish for, comfy beds, good powerful hot showers and a great living space for 10 of us. All in all, an excellent stay - sadly the weather wasn’t good enough for us to be able to use the rooftop pool but it looked lovely! The only suggestion I have is to possibly put mirrors in the bedrooms and electric sockets near more mirrors - with 10 people drying hair and doing makeup, electric outlets near a mirror were at a premium! On the last day, we had an evening flight so we left our luggage at the BCN office while we visited the Sagrada Familia and Marcia was kind enough to book us a great restaurant in that area. We can’t fault the service and would definitely recommend BCN.- and this particular apartment - for a group visit.

Perfect apartment for family

The booking was easy, and excellent communication via WhatsApp. Our queries were answered quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful- lovely original features. Three bathrooms with showers is a great bonus for a family group. The living area is comfy and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. The apartment is very clean and the mid-week complementary clean was thorough. Location is great - metro directly opposite the apartment, sandwich shop beside the apartment is first class, although all the food is amazing!! We all slept well - very quiet. Lots of grocery shops nearby and Glovo App ⭐️. Thanks Enjoybcn Miro - we had a great time.

Great location, clean, excellent service in Barcelona

Our family of 10 loved our stay at this Barcelona apartment in a lovely walkable neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores, and a lovely coffee shop next to our apartment building. Great floor plan and location, with an easy walk to La Rambla, and lots of site seeing. Loved the rooftop with a little splash pool for relaxing with a cocktail after a full day of sightseeing. The property management team was excellent to communicate with and very prompt.

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the apartment. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived late. The apartment is very centrally located. The interior is minimalist but clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a large group. The pool is very shallow but was great for the kids! Downsides: very few amenities in the kitchen (no dishwasher soap or sponges, for example) and airconditioning did not work in two of the rooms in the back - we reported this but there was no response. We did not insist on having any of these fixed, the stay was fine without interventions.

Pre cruise stay in Barcelona

This is the perfect spot for a visit to Barcelona. Located in a wonderful spot with a Starbucks just next door to the entrance you couldn’t ask for more. Plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops all within walking distance. La Rambla is just a short walk away and you can make it to many areas by foot. Plenty of space in this place as we had our family 6 (2 adults 4 kids 13, 15, 18, 20) plus our parents. There was plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. 3 bathrooms is a bonus too. Laundry is shared but a great amenity to have while traveling. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space if you are staying for a long visit. We only were there for 2 nights. We would highly recommend this location and come back again in the future.

Fantastic first visit to Barcelona!

Perfect location central to food, shopping and sight seeing! This apartment comfortably accommodated our party of 8. The entire apartment was immaculate. The property managers were accommodating and helpful in meeting our needs. The rooftop pool and seating area was a perfect shared spot to see the city! When we return we would definitely stay here!!

Would definitely stay again

From beginning to end, our family was thoroughly impressed with our experience and stay at this property. Updated property, clean, fantastic location - all just wonderful. The communication with and from the property manager in the days leading up to our stay and throughout was awesome - they were consistently very quick to respond. The convenience of being able to store our luggage at the main office on the day we arrived since we were early was also very helpful. I took off one star for cleanliness due to a very unusual circumstance we encountered during our stay when we found something in one of the kitchen cabinets that should not have been there. The property management company was immediate to respond when we reached out with our concerns and very quick to remedy the situation in an appropriate manner. I believe this was an anomaly and an innocent oversight by their cleaning crew, and not a typical occurrence. Truly everything was wonderful!

Great Location!

It was a nice place for our family of eight. The apartment is close to all modes of transportation - the Metro is right around the corner, city tour bus stops are a block away, taxis are plentiful right out the door, and city bus stops are a half a block walk. Starbucks is on one corner. The smaller markets are a five-minute walk and Aldi is a bit further. The LaRambla area is a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from within a 2-minute walk. We had unexpected rain so I would suggest to pack a small umbrella. Also, bring your own hand soap and kleenex/tissue if you use tissue as there was only two very small hand soaps and no tissue. We were told there were two hair dryers and there was only one. These are minor inconveniences, but when you have eight people trying to get ready all at the same time, it does make a difference. All-in-all the place was all that we needed for our three-night stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Barcelona.

Short trip with friends

Incredible location within easy walking distance to las ramblas/bars/restaurants/supermarkets. Metro right outside. Lovely apartment with windows that look out onto the square. Rooftop was wonderful for sunbathing and early evening drinks. Check in/out very simple and staff were very easy to communicate with.

Work trip

Went for a conference. But the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. We loved the location and the ability to walk to lots of great restaurants and shopping and the ease of getting a cab right outside The door was also very beneficial.

Great location and view

We enjoyed the location. Very walkable to many places. The view was very pretty! The pictures do not accurately depict the actual apartment though. Nice place overall despite pics being different. We had a very hard time with the key/lock. I think it needs to be replaced.

Perfect Flat in Barcelona

I’m not sure there is a better flat for a holiday in Barcelona. Excellent accommodations, communication, and location give you the ability to see all of Barcelona and still have all of the comforts of home, including a rooftop pool. We stayed here with two families (9 total people) and it was more than spacious enough. The neighborhood and location offer tons of options and having a lift to the 5th floor made life even better. I would recommend this flat to anyone and would definitely stay here again!
