    These are the rules of the apartment that we ask you to respect and comply with:

    RESPECT: •Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed• No smoking •Please silence from 10pm to 8am to respect the repose of the neighbors •Strictly prohibited: Parties, bachelor parties, making noise, loud music and noisy chat in the apartment•Failure to comply with these rules, if there is noise or the neighbors feel annoyed, this may lead to you being asked to leave the accommodation, losing your right to claim a refund of your reservation and losing your security deposit • This property uses an IOT device (decibel measurement system) Noise Alarm from Roomonitor, a collaborating company of the Barcelona City Council. It is a device that meets the privacy requirements of the guests as it does not make any type of sound recording. It measures the noise volume level in the property, sends an alert when the maximum limit established by the city council of our city is exceeded, allowing to control the noise and promoting a good coexistence with the neighborhood.

    CLEANING:•On your departure, make sure to leave the apartment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, without garbage scattered on the floor and dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise an additional cleaning service will be charged (70€).•Please, throw the garbage in the street containers at checkout

    ENVIRONMENT:•Think about the environment: turn off lights and air conditioning/heating when exiting •Make a responsible use of electricity and water during your stay. As there is no planet B, taking care of it is everybody's business.

    REGULATION:•TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED: Local tourist tax of the city of Barcelona is not included in the price of the reservationThe tax is €9,50 per person and night (VAT not included). (LAW 5/2012 of March 20)•To comply with the Spanish law, it is necessary to register each guest sleeping in Barcelona in the Police database. We would like to inform you about an important update regarding new regulations from the Spanish government, which require us to collect specific guest information for security and safety purposes.Police need this information: Full name, date of birth, email, passport number, date of issue, male or female, address, postcode, city and nationality. AUTO CHECKIN: guests must provide this information of all guests at least 5 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, the guest will not be able to access the apartment, and check-in will not be allowed.•It is not allowed to accommodate anyone whose personal data is not in the contract•All reservations include 2 sets of keys for your use. Don’t lose them, in that case, you will have to pay €100 for each one (replacement cost for lock and new set of keys)•A credit card is required as a deposit. No charge will be made if the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition and if the house rules have been complied with.• At the end of your stay, guest agrees to leave the apartment and all its goods in the same conditions in which they were received. For this purpose and as a guarantee of this obligation, guest authorizes us to charge up to €300 in case of damage, loss or failure of house rules.

    CHECKIN:We kindly ask all our guests to be punctual with respect to the agreed time of arrival, or on the contrary, to give us sufficient notice of a possible delay.

    In case the guest does not provide the arrival time at the apartment at least 7 days before the check-in date, the check-in cannot be guaranteed.

    Located in the heart of the old town, you will have the possibility of staying in a building and a passage declared cultural assets of local interest and close to such emblematic places as Las Ramblas, La Catedral, the Boqueria Market or the beaches of Barcelona.

    During your stay you will be able to enjoy the history of our city, breathe the atmosphere of streets full of life, its cultural diversity, and an immensity of leisure and cultural possibilities that make up this special place.

    Its central location allows a quick connection to all the tourist attractions of the city, as well as several tourist information points and different stops of the Tourist Bus that may be of your interest.

    Information for guests::

    All reservations include 2 sets of keys. The extra set of keys costs €50 per set of keys.
    Only one check-in will be made per reservation at the agreed time.
    We will come and perform check-out to pick up the keys and verify the apartment is left in good condition.
    There is no additional cleaning fee so please leave the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness.
    All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). The extra towel service costs €4 per large towel and €3 per small towell.

    KeyFamily Apartments informs that it is not responsible for the external noise caused and coming by the neighbors of flats, apartments, adjoining houses and buildings adjacent or public spaces.
    Guest agrees to facilitate access to the apartment if necessary: to the owners, to the contracted staff of Key Family Apartments or to the competent Authorities, for maintenance or security reasons

    The traveler who cancels with a minimum of 14 day (s) prior to check-in will receive 100% of the amount they have paid.

    The traveler who cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive 50% of the amount.

    Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

    If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
