Excelente ubicación y muy bien equipado.

Un apartamento muy bien equipado, con una ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación Urgell. Desde el aeropuerto el Aerobus nos dejó a muy pocas cuadras. Nos alojamos 5 personas y no hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema. Debo destacar también la amable atención de Isa, quien nos recibió, y de Francisco quien muy gentilmente nos dió indicaciones del lugar. El apartamento es muy cálido, así como sus dueños.

Amazing stay

Joan was incredibly helpful at check in. We were able to check in early which was fantastic after getting off cruise. It was a great location to access the highlights of Barcelona, beautiful flat/apartment! Stocked with everything we needed! Close to restaurants and easy access to call taxi for airport transfer!

Enjoyable

Very enjoyable stay. Good welcome and information from friendly host. Apartment was comfortable, with very efficient air conditioning. in nice area with very convenient (paid) parking and restaurants / shops nearby as well as near to two metro stations to see the numerous sites in Barcelona.Slight issue re one bathroom door lock preventing the door from opening from outside. Managed to release it eventually. Reported to host. But mostly all good. Thanks

Four active seniors on holiday.

We appreciated the coffee and the Cava. The manager who checked us in was very friendly and informative. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors who helped us with the building access keys occasionally. Comfortable space where we cooked our own breakfast each morning. We used the washer and dryer.

Great location

The apartment was in a super location for getting around Barcelona. It was well kitted out and the beds were comfortable. It was a good space for 4 of us. We did however find it quite noisy as it’s on a busy road and maybe to be expected in a city. The listing had said balcony but it was only a Juliet balcony and it couldn’t open fully due to the bed being in the way. The oven didn’t work. But its position helped overcome the few issues.

Excellent Location Stay

Location and everything else about this property was outstanding. However, there need to be an upgrade with the entertainment services, no English-speaking channel. I understand we are in Spain however people do spend some nights in, and it would be nice to have language options/English subtitles.

Pros: - Quiet neighbors - Comfortable furniture and beds - Wifi excellent - Quick response from Joan (using WhatsApp) -washer and dryer -elevator Cons: - AC is weak! Does not get cold in rooms - VERY tight bedrooms and bathrooms (barely had a place to lay my suitcase) - On a busy street (not quiet ) -small amount of mold in the showers, mold inside the washing machine (my mom ended up having to clean it out) and the furniture was not dusted -bathrooms did not have a fan so humidity often went into neighboring rooms making it very hard for AC to cool the place. - ***For my American tourists, when we arrived at the house, the AC was set at 23 degrees C (73 degrees in F). We lowered the AC down to 18 degrees C for the night (64 degrees in F) and it was just not lowering. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable the first night we were there. We asked the check in person to send someone to check it. Turns out the filters were completely disgusting and were clearly never cleaned! We also asked for check in man to provide us with fans and he did. The second night there was much more comfortable!***

Great stay with an amazing view!

Highly recommended and will definitely go back! Pictures are accurate. Place was clean and modern. A/C was a welcoming respite from the heat. Location was close to the action without being in it. Everything was walkable. The terrace was outstanding and the view can’t be beat!

Clean, cozy and well located

The apartment was a bit tight but accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It is well located and allows easy access to major sites. Clean, well furnished and near good local eateries. Whole process of renting and installation very smooth with excellent host contact. Only problem was a poorly functioning clothes dryer. High recommendation over all.

We enjoyed the location so close to the venues we wanted to visit. There were ample cafes, restaurants etc. close by. The facility was clean and comfortable. A lovely space to call home for a few days.

Run down

The property was probably nice at one time but it’s very run down now. The couch was dirty and worn. It was covered with a dirty and worn furniture cover that didn’t help. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the linens were mismatched. The oven didn’t work nor did the lights over the stove. We were disappointed.
