Solo puedo destacar cosas buenas de este alojamiento. Todo merece la pena: las instalaciones, la ubicación (muy cerca de dos paradas de metro) y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de Jorge, el recepcionista. Su trato ha sido excelente. Con ganas de volver, y por más tiempo, si es posible.

Mejor un buen hotel...
El lugar es bonito, pero me dieron una habitación sin ninguna luz, que daba a un patio interior y, sinceramente, no se parecía en nada a la de las fotografías. Por otro lado, la habitación daba al pasillo de la recepción y había ruido toda la mañana. Los dueños/encargados son simpáticos y atentos, pero esperaba más del lugar.

Buenos días señor Guillermo, sentimos que su estancia no haya sido del todo grata. Las fotografias que tenemos en nuestra web son de todas las habitaciones y zonas comunes, y le prometemos que se ajustan a la realidad, de hecho, de todas las habitaciones dobles standard la suya era la más amplia, y creemos que por su precio, 46€ noche, la calidad/precio es más que correcta. Si desea visitarnos de nuevo le recomendamos reservar habitación superior, son un poco más caras, pero asequibles y tienen balcón o ventanales al exterior. Muchas gracias por su atención.

The minute we entered the hotel we were met with a big smile by Jorge (Jordi) who was most kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was lovely. There was a large sitting area stocked with cakes, munchies, wine coffee, water where we could gather. Especially lovely on a rainy day. A fabulous stay in a home away from home!

Great place to stay, would not recommend a balcony room as they are noisy with the street traffic. Overall would absolutely stay there again.

Pictures can’t show the way a place smells. After being in the ‘room’, more like a rehabbed broom closet, less than two hours I started to get sick. Ended up in the hospital, have the receipts and picts to prove it. A health hazard full of toxicity … had to run out of there for my life. On top of it when I communicated from the hospital the dire situation the hotel staff went on a full blown insult filled rant and threatened me with kicking me and my luggage out, all this while I was at the hospital. I had no! intention of staying there (a death trap of a place) but their nastiness and hateful treatment was truly outrageous … they were really angry because they thought they could unload this toxic death trap for a boat load of money on this American woman traveling solo and get away with it. Health and safety should be the #1 priority of any place in the hospitality business. Glad I got out. E!

This property is a convenient walk to the moderniste buildings in Eixample. It was also convenient parking and for driving in and out of Barcelona. Staff here (owner?) was exceptional.

I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona. The room was great, the staff was helpful, and the patio that you can relax on was amazing and peaceful. This hotel made an already amazing trip to Barcelona that much better.

Mi experiencia en Mihlton Barcelona Boutique B&B fue simplemente excepcional. Este lugar es una joya escondida en Barcelona que recomendaría sin dudarlo. El espacio es tranquilo y acogedor, perfecto para relajarse. La limpieza del lugar es impecable. Son increíblemente atentos y se esfuerzan al máximo para asegurarse de que tengas la mejor experiencia posible. Definitivamente planeo regresar en mi próximo viaje a Barcelona. Gracias por la hospitalidad y la atención excepcional.

Nice hotel with great staff
The staff and service were both wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and the location is very good. Rooms are a bit worn and dated. Furniture is starting to fall apart and the rooms could be cleaner, especially the bathroom. Shower is problematic in that the door doesn't close sobwater goes everywhere and there is nothing to hold on to when getting in or out of the showe, resulting in a dangerous slipping hazzard. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options, but i would like it to start a bit earlier.

We loved our stay here! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was lovely with a little balcony that over looked the street. The breackfast in the morning was full of great food with different options and tables inside and out to enjoy. We felt safe here and it was very close to restaurants and two metro stations. We would definitely stay here again!

The air conditioner was on all throughout the stay, I was freezing. The toilet was running all night. The Receptionist was very rude. The doors were not easy to open. It was a bed and breakfast, but you had to pay for breakfast, never heard such a thing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the location.

This boutique hotel/B&B is worthy of a look when planning a trip to Barcelona. It’s very economical, and in my opinion, they could be charging more! The building is beautiful and very clean. I loved my double room and patio with street view. I didn’t partake in the breakfast option but, Jorge still handed me a warm croissant most mornings when I would run into him. As a solo traveller, I enjoyed the location near Gracia neighbourhood and near the end of Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. These streets are very nearby, but you’re a little out of the super dense tourist population. It made finding places to eat alone or have a drink on a street patio easier. I loved the free coffee, free wine, free water, and free fruit. With all of this, you really feel well taken care of. If you’re used to bigger hotels, you might miss having a mini fridge and an ironing board in your room. However, here you have full access to the kitchen 24 hours a day where there’s always cold water available. This made not having a fridge workable for me. Also, I believe they have an iron available if you need one. This place is a top notch gem in Barcelona. I recommend it fully!

I could not be happier with the choice I made of staying here while in Barcelona. The location is great you can walk to most of the tourist attraction from there. The hotel in itself is so pretty and homey and the staff are so welcoming (a special thank you to Juliette!!). I will definitely be back there when I go back to barcelona.
