    The apartment is your own.

    This charming apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with comfortable double beds and one single, offering space to accommodate various guests. The decoration of the place is distinguished by its warm palette of wood tones, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and living room provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, although more compact in size, has been designed to offer you everything you need in a functional and practical space, equipped with a shower, sink, and essential amenities, providing everything you need for your daily routine.
    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.

    Travel times by subway: 20 min to Camp Nou, 30 min to the station Barcelona Sants, 35 min to La Fira (MWC), 35 min to Plaza Espanya, 40 min to Sagrada Familia, 45 min to Plaza Catalunya.

    All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
    Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

    Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.


    Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
    There is a € 5 management fee.

    -Please note that on Thursdays and some weekends, there is a local market nearby and the area may get a bit busier than usual
    -Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
    - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
    - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
    - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
    - Parties are not allowed.
    - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
    - The flat´s capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed.
    - Please take out the trash before check-out.
    - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
    - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
    - A separate tourist tax must be paid upon check-in in cash. This charge is €2.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests 16 years and under are free.
    - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
    -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.

Very Nice Stay

The host had someone meet us at the apartment and the check in process went very smooth. The apartment was very nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that was needed. The neighborhood was nice, and you have access to all of the public transportation needed to get around.
