The flat features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay.



The Space:

Located in the Eixample area of Barcelona, this apartment is filled with natural light and features modern designer furniture, creating a bright and stylish atmosphere. Situated in a quiet area between Plaza España and Sants Station, it offers both convenience and a peaceful stay.



The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, with two single beds, is en suite, providing extra comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, gas hob, and washing machine, along with all the essentials needed for cooking.



Additional amenities include WiFi, centralized air conditioning, fan and heating in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as a Smart TV. The living and dining area offers a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.



For your comfort, fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and body gel are provided for all guests.



Check-in at 3:00 pm.

Check out 11:00 am.

The beautiful city of Barcelona is known for its unique architecture, vibrant culture, fabulous climate, and the Mediterranean Sea, offering a wide variety of attractions to explore.



The apartment is located in the lively Eixample district, one of the city’s most iconic and well-connected neighborhoods. Known for its elegant architecture and wide avenues, Eixample combines local charm with a dynamic city atmosphere. Just a short walk away, Plaza España is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cultural highlights, making it a perfect base to experience Barcelona.



Getting Around:

The location of the apartment, close to Plaza España and the Montjuïc fountains, makes it easy to get around the city, with bus, metro, and taxi stations all in the vicinity. If you prefer exploring on foot, the Gothic Quarter and Raval are approximately a 15-minute walk away.



The property is also conveniently located near El Prat International Airport, around 35 minutes by train or 20 minutes by car, and is very close to metro and bus stops. Barcelona Sants central station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing excellent connections to the rest of the city and beyond.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



- All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 10.45 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.
