We had seven persons and this was one of the locations that could accommodate our size and we are glad we picked it. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Marc was a great host, communicated early and often and even organized a ride to the property for our arrival. The location had plenty of food choices within walking distance no matter your preferences and an elevator which was great for my elderly mom who could not take the stairs all the time. We ate out mostly but if you want to cook there are plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, very large communal area where we spent a lot of the time.

Three generations, 10 people, a great week in Barcelona. The apt. was perfect for us. Bathrooms and kitchen seemed new. Great location and an easy walk to lots of restaurants and sights. The host, Marc, answered questions very quickly and check in was easy. Highly recommend this apartment!

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The host was responsive and very helpful from the beginning. Check-in was easy, and access to the apartment is simple. The apartment is lovely. It is very spacious for a city apartment, and the separation between most of the sleeping areas and the TV/sitting areas allow for guests to rest and play with ease. The space is clean and well-appointed. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are large. The wardrobes for clothing storage have plenty of hangers and made it easy to stay organized across the group staying in the apartment. There are also two great desk spaces should you need to work during your stay, both with doors to block out sound and other activity while working. The neighborhood is wonderful as well, with a quiet street close to many great coffee shops, brunch spots, and restaurants. The location is central, but not overly touristy. There is also a great public play area in the courtyard of the apartment buildings for kids.Can't say enough about this apartment being an excellent spot to stay during your visit to Barcelona!

This apartment perfectly accommodated our family of 8. We had a good amount of space to comfortably move around. The location was ideal. We should have Uber’d or done the private transfer from the airport as it ended up taking over an hour to get there and almost the same amount of . Apartment pros: big kitchen, dining and living room. Comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. Washer and dryer worked great. The electronic entry worked great once we figured it out. Cons: the bathrooms were moldy and in need of great attention. Not enough toilet paper to accommodate our group and length of stay. No wash cloths were provided. Basic spices would have been helpful. We ended up purchasing salt and pepper dispensers. Due to the large complex the noise level was difficult at times late at night. Overall we give it 4 stars because the apartment was comfortable and spacious despite the cons.

Absolutely loved our stay here!!! The apartment was in such a great location and so big! We had 9 of us staying and it was the perfect size. Beds were comfortable and I liked that the building had an elevator as I can not walk up stairs due to having health issues. Wonderful french bakery around the corner named Mas Pastissers Xocolaters with such good sandwiches and pastries!! Would highly recommend staying here! Can't say enough good things about this apartment!

The apartment was very lovely with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the long dining tables for group meals and socializing. Minor issue with one of the a/c units but the owner was there to help. Kitchen was great, lots of dishes etc and all appliances worked. I would recommend this unit to any family needing lots of room. A great, safe area as well.

Property worked very well for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Plenty of beds and 2.5 baths worked well. Plenty of space to visit and play cards. Marc was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a wonderful, safe location. We could not have had a better trip!

Outstanding property - Outstanding experience!

This apartment was by far the nicest vacation rental we have stayed at, and our host was incredibly gracious and helpful! The apartment is huge, and easily accommodated our family that included adult children, significant others and a young child with plenty of room to hang together, or to spread out. The layout includes common areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) at one end of the hallway and the bedrooms & bathrooms at the other. This allowed for socializing without disturbing sleepers. The decor is tasteful and functional, and the apartment came equipped with everything we could possibly need. The building itself is very nice, and in a prime location with easy access to many attractions, the beach, and transport. We knew the apartment would be nice, but this exceeded our expectations! Our host, Marc, made everything so easy for us- from communicating about details before arrival date, to delivering the easy to use key codes, and greeting our party and showing us around the rooms, etc. He was quick to respond to several questions we had, and went out of his way to be helpful! (One family in our group delayed in making taxi reservations back to the airport, and Marc graciously helped them secure a ride on very short notice. I highly recommend this beautiful vacation rental!

Perfect location and great stay overall

Amazing location and lovely accommodations!

We had a great stay with our family here. The apartment is beautiful and full of great extras to make us feel right at home. We had two young children and they were perfectly safe and enjoyed it too. Marc even had some toys for them! The building is quiet and in a great location, a short walk to many great restaurants and sights. Highly recommend a stay here! We would return anytime!

Fantastic Apartment

This is a large apartment that is spacious and clean. It was a quiet building at njght in a great neighborhood. We were a party of 9 adults and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and convenient to all our activities. Marc is a great host and very responsive to all my question. 10 out of 10 for all of us. Excellent apartment, central location.

Awesome apartment. Central location in a safe neighborhood with plethora of dining and shopping options. Highly recommend for large families, especially with small kids. Apartment has well-stocked kitchen, decent quality beds. It probably has enough room for 15 people. Elevator in the building and AC in the unit are a plus. Marc did a great job explaining things during check-in. Definitely would stay there again.
