My mother and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks during the Christmas period.
The apartment is very quietly located and the building itself was calm, which we found very pleasant. There is sufficient storage space and the kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to live and cook there. The interior is not luxurious, but comfortable and easy to make your own.
There is a good washing machine and enough detergent. However, in winter it is difficult to get laundry, including towels, properly dry. This means that for a longer stay you depend on extra towels and linen. The extra linen we requested was eventually delivered, but only after slow communication and waiting.
There were also some maintenance issues, such as a shower screen that did not slide well, loose shelves, cracked cups, loose sockets and a vacuum cleaner that was initially unusable because the hose was missing. The vacuum cleaner was replaced during our stay, which we appreciated. Issues were generally solved once reported (roller shutters got stuck + non working spotlights).
A small welcome gesture can make a big difference, such as a local treat, a bottle of wine, or something related to Barcelona.
It would also help if the booking page clearly mentioned that tourist tax is payable on arrival and that a deposit is required.
Overall, this is a quiet and functional apartment in a nice location. With more attention to maintenance, enough linen for winter, it could be a very good place.
