  • The location of the apartment is fantastic to visit and enjoy Barcelona,it is in the city center, and after that, you can have a comforting rest with your children or your partner because it´s incredibly quiet.

    It is a top-floor flat with elevator in a typical building of the beautiful 'Ensanche'.
    It's very well located. The main tourist sites are situated at a 20-minute-walk from the apartment. (5-10 minutes by underground)
    It's perfect to go to Barcelona Fair or Congress (5 min. walking)

    The airport is at a 15-minute-drive.
    High-Speed Train Station (AVE station) is situated at 10 minutes from the apartment.

Estancia espectacular

Apartamento bien equipado, muy limpio y situado en una zona residencial, muy tranquila y con un muchas tiendas disponibles, como supermercados, panaderìas, carnicerias, pastelerias. Muy còmoda la parada del metro cerca del apartamento, en 15 minutos se llega tranquilamente al centro de la ciudad. Los propietarios Raul y Carmen fueron muy acogedores, facilitandonos mapas y muchas sugerencias sobre la ciudad.Nos hicieron sentir como en casa nuestra. Recomendamos este apartamento sobre todo si se viaja con familia.

April 1-11We had a wonderful time in Barcelona due in large part by having this wonderful apartment to return to. It always felt like coming home. We would definitely recommend Raul and this apartment if you are planning to visit the area. You can walk to many attractions, always felt safe. It was wonderful. Big thank you to Raul for taking such good care of us!

11 out of 10! Raul picked us up from the airport and gave us a cool tour of Mont Juic on the way to the apartment. It is close to public transportation, restaurants and attractions. Everything in the apartment worked great, and it was nice having the elevator. Raul checked in with us several times during our stay and was very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Raul and this apartment!

All the comforts of home

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. Raul was very helpful and offered us lots of good information about the area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Eine Unterkunft in Barcelona die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Der beste Check in den wir je hatten. Wir sind vom Flughafen abgeholt worden, es gab eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt zur Orientierung der Lage und historischen Gebäude, uns wurde die Wohnung persönlich gezeigt und alles erklärt, zur Begrüßung und zum Ankommen, gab es einen liebevollen Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein, Bier, Softgetränke, Kaffee, Tee und weitere nette Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste. Dies habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Zur Wohnung; diese liegt zentral, ruhig, mit einer schönen Sitzecke auf der Dachterrasse und ist zeitgemäß ausgestattet. In Barcelona explodieren die Übernachtungspreise derzeit, mit dieser Wohnung und dem Service hat man ein Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, wo man sich überhaupt nicht abgezockt fühlt. Great stay in Barcelona

Our stay was great, and started out well with a warm welcome from Raul and fruit/wine basket in room. The location is very convenient and we took the subway and walked everywhere. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would stay there again!

AMAZING

We had a fantastic stay, our host step us up right from the first point of contact to have the best holiday in Barcelona. Picked us up after a long flight from NZ and gave us information on places to visit, transport, supermarket, restaurants and bakeries.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as listed. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. It was close to public transportation and many bakeries/restaurants. I loved that there were two bedrooms! Raul was super sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond with recommendations and even picked us up from the airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Sehr zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung mit Bus und Metro, so dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht werden,Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen.Auch für die Verpflegung, ob Supermarkt oder günstiges Restaurant (Luna) ist bestens gesorgt. Sie sind in der Umgebung schnell zu fuss zu erreichen.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay in Barcelona! As other commenters have mentioned, Raul could not have been a more friendly and helpful host, which included going above and beyond by transporting us to and from the airport. The apartment was great and had all the amenities anyone could ask for and more.

Raul and Carmen’s Barcelona apartment was the perfect place to stay. Situated in a lovely central neighborhood surrounded by blocks of pedestrian streets filled with shops and restaurants, everything we could want was always nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and appointed with everything we could need and more. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the rooftop terrace was an absolute treat to spend time on in the evenings. Best of all was the genuine kindness and thoughtfulness of our gracious host, Raul. Even before our arrival in Barcelona, Raul sent us information about places to see and things to do in his beloved city, including links to pre-purchase tickets. When we arrived, not only did he pick us up at the train station, he gave us a driving tour of the city on the way to the apartment. He settled us into the apartment and gave us a map along with details of how to navigate to the various sites we would be visiting. To further welcome us, an overflowing fruit basket and bottle of wine was waiting on the dining table. When it was finally time to leave, Raul insisted on taking us to the airport. If we visit Barcelona again in the future we hope to be able to stay in this incredible apartment. Much appreciation and gratitude to Raul for making our stay in Barcelona extra special by going above and beyond in every way imaginable!!! Abrazos : )

Raul and Carmen were wonderful hosts! Raul met us at the front door helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment, explaining how everything worked. They were also nice enough to have put stock into the unit, milk, juice, fruit, coffee, etc. much appreciated! Raul also sat with us and went over maps he put together with restaurant reccomendations, places to see (some most people don't) and how and where to use the metro system with ease. The apartment was as described in the listing, clean and well located for our touring purposes. We could not have had a better stay in Barcelona. If we go back we will be call on Raul and Carmen again. Thank you both for helping to make our trip special!

Idéal pour un séjour à Barcelone

Un grand merci à Raul pour sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux, ses explications sur le quartier. L’appartement est très agréable. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine entre amies. Tout était parfait.Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance d’être recues par Eaul!
