Magnífico piso, con todo lo necesario, una buena ubicación y bien comunicado

Antonio, el propietario, muy atento. El piso está totalmente reformado y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Su ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad y tiene una parada de metro justo al lado de la puerta. Además, hay un supermercado 24horas justo enfrente..En definitiva, un apartamento totalmente recomendable.

Excellent location, walking distance to most places or metro access. Restaurants nearby everywhere. Only mild complaint would be people living above this apartment had a young child that ran loudly through their apartment every morning. Otherwise, very quiet and the place has everything you need for a longer stay!

Great location!

Antonio was a great host and the apartment was fantastic! Comfortable beds and accommodations. The people upstairs did not seem to have regard for their being people under them, but that is definitely NOT Antonio's problem/fault.

Well Located Property In The Heart Of Barcelona

We enjoyed staying in this well located two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the hear of Barcelona. Many cultural sights and restaurants were nearby, and the neighborhood was thriving with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. We would stay here again next time in the city.

Great stay

Thank you for the great stay. Antonio couldn’t have been nicer. The location of the apartment is wonderful. Barcelona has made some streets pedestrian lately, and this place is on two of these. A taxi can still drop you off right at the apartment, but otherwise mostly no cars. Bedrooms are very quiet and we slept better than at home. Can walk everywhere. Antonio thought of everything- umbrellas, washing machine soap, garbage bags, etc. These things were not necessarily in other apartments that we stayed in. Other posters said kitchen chairs were flimsy- not anymore. Someone said outside construction- none now. Barcelona was a great city and we would love to come back to this apartment Thank you

Great Location & Property!

The property location within Barcelona is fantastic! It’s an easy walk to La Sagrada, Arc Triomphe, and La Rambla, and is right in the middle of fantastics restaurants and shops. It is located within 2 minutes of a metro station but we never needed to use it as we were well within walking distance of almost all major attractions. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and easily fit in the property and would definitely recommend this for any other families or small groups.

Long weekend in Barcelona

Antonio was easy to work with. The location was excellent. 15-20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and to La Rambla in the other direction. Nice coffee shop across the street. Multiple bakeries very close. 24-hr market next door. Big grocery store just down the street. The two bathrooms were nice for the two adult couples. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Quiet oasis in the heart of the city

Clean, well kept apartment in beautiful old residential section in heart of the city with everything needed for a great stay. 24 hour market at your front door with larger supermarket around the corner...Girona subway entrance within steps of the apartment, as well as easy access to taxis made getting around the city a breeze. A great place to relax after a day in the city. Bedrooms are on the interior so very quiet at night. Antonio was a great host, meeting us on arrival and giving us the lay of the land. Highly recommend.

Antonio was so easy to work with. The apartment was a great mix between charm (verandah) and quiet (one bedroom on the inside, and one facing a back courtyard). Location is great.

Great place, clean and close to everything

Great location close to everything. The was street construction going in infront of our building. That was a bit disappointing as the construction would start right away in the morning so we had to deal with the noise all day on the days we stayed in. Hopefully that would be done soon and will not disrupt anyone else holiday.

Overall our stay was lovely and would stay here again. Our first day the air conditioning unit went out but Antonio got on it and it was repaired the next day. It is the perfect location, within walking distance of everything. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Loved the laundry line outside the bedroom. It was a sweet place. Will have to say the elevator had a horrible odor.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner, Antonio was very helpful and helped with maps, obvious locations and restaurants. Be aware that although there is a lift it is very small and operates in a no air through area so can be a little pungent. We opted for the stairs most times, but there are quite a few! We would stay again as it is very central for most things with a metro station just in the cornet with supermarkets and chemist very close by.

Antonio was a wonderful host. Apartment is in the heart of Eixample, close to shopping, groceries, cafés, bars and most importantly to the metro. Everywhere was walking distance but if one would grow weary from walking the metro is cheap and convenient. The apartment is adequately stocked with enough kitchenware for four people (although with all the wonderful eatery options close by, why would you eat in the apartment?). The washer is a nice addition. There was a small mechanical problem that was dealt with ASAP - on a Sunday morning no less!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would book it again if we return to Barcelona.

Cute apartment in nice, quiet neighborhood

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this apartment for a week. It is steps from the Girona metro station, 2 convenience markets, 2 cafes, and a few restaurants. We had everything we needed for a pleasant week of sightseeing. The apartment was very clean, and had some amenities (iron/board, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, etc.) that we used daily. Also, our flight from the US to Barcelona was cancelled the day we were scheduled to leave. We ended up having to leave the next day & stay an extra day in Barcelona. I contacted Antonio & he immediately reserved the following night for us. We had a great time!

Perfect Barcelona Apartment!

We stayed 10 days in Antonio's apartment in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona and it was perfect for our family of four. Apartment was clean, comfortable & quiet and Antonio was the perfect host. It was wonderful to have 2 full bathrooms, individual air conditioners in each room & laundry is a nice addition. A Metro stop on the corner made getting around the city super easy. Apartment has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & shopping all within easy walking distance. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again on a return trip. Thank you Antonio for allowing us the use of your apartment and for all your suggestions and helpfulness.

Great place!

Antonio’s place was excellent. Don’t hesitate to rent this place! It has everything you need inside and outside. Inside is clean and stocked with necessary utensils for breakfast and light cooking. The two bedrooms and baths were perfect for four people. There is excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A small elevator to transport your luggage and yourself after a long day! Outside there are also many conveniences. Immediately next store is a 24 hour mini market and a cafe. Within less than a minute walk a wonderful tapas restaurant, a metro stop, a large supermarket, a pastry shop, and another cafe. Taxis are also easy to find. It is centrally located for all the highlights of Barcelona. Antonio is also a friendly and knowledgeable host! Can’t recommend this place enough!
