  • La elección perfecta para una familia numerosa o un grupo de amigos. Apartamento decorado con un estilo clásico y equipado básicamente para que disfrute de su estancia en Barcelona. En pleno centro, con vistas a la Catedra, aproximadamente 200 metros cuadrados con 7 habitaciones dobles y la mayoría de ellas con balcón que da a la calle Via Laietana. Salón-comedor, cocina y 3 baños. Aceptamos llegadas tardías sin cargos adicionales. Disponemos de un parking cercano si es necesario, se precisa reservar con un coste adicional.

    Se encuentra en pleno centro de Barcelona, rodeado de las pintorescas calles del barrio Gótico, ofrece encantadoras habitaciones en el corazón cultural de la ciudad.

    Via Laietana se encuentra en una de las calles más emblemáticas del centro de Barcelona, muy cerca de la catedral de Barcelona. También se encuentra a unos minutos de las famosas Ramblas, de la plaza Catalunya y del animado barrio del Born.

    Las habitaciones están decoradas con un estilo sencillo e informal, con los típicos suelos de azulejos y exquisitas cortinas. Los techos altos y las ventanas de estilo francés dotan de encanto a este establecimiento.

Fantastic location

The apartment was in the perfect location for my family to explore Barcelona for the weekend. The management was even accommodating enough to allow us to have an early check in so our kids could get a nap in before we went out exploring on our first day in town.

Charm at a Great Location

The location couldn't be better - across the street from stores, restaurants, nightlife, metro stations, grocery stores, and historic walks. The apartment is true to the listing in the accommodations. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment had true Barcelona charm. Though it was clean, there were things that needed touch up work (such as dirty hand prints on doors, and several light bulbs that needed to be replaced). But, I would still recommend this apartment. Take note that the showers are on the small side and the bathroom configurations are tight. This was a great location for traveling with a group of married friends.

Barcelona city

The location is somewhat busy and on a large street but it is perfect for getting anywhere. Taxis are readily available. Walking is great for Gothic Quarter, rambla, Waterfront. Etc. near theater, Bars, shops, restaurants. The furniture in the apt. Was very worn and dated and not like what is shown in pictures. Also. The bathroom descriptions need to be more detailed. There are 2 showers inside two of the bathrooms so showering was tricky. They are very small showers

The location is perfect and convenient to the grocery store downstairs! Unfortunately, half of the light bulbs were out, making it feel darker. The refrigerator was not functioning and any attempt to notify the host went unanswered until checkout. We could never get the television to work, despite being very tech savvy, but that was not a priority for us. The host utilized WhatsApp to communicate. Several of the showers are extremely small, almost impractical for use, and the larger showers have very slippery floors. All in all, the location and size more than makes up for the many shortcomings. With a little TLC to maintenance of common items, this place would be rustic and amazing.

Totally Misleading

First off this is used as a hostel when not being used on VRBO. It was very dingy and dirty. There were stains on the walls right next to the beds, torn curtains in most rooms, broken furniture etc. the photos are staged and not what it looked like at all. the showers were so small the men in our group could not fit in them. The communication with the property manger was difficult and they did not answer phone calls, what's apps. Even VRBO tried to get in touch with them for us to no avail. We left the apartment after 2 hours and had to find a hotel for the 7 of us. We did not hear back from the property manager or VRBO on this issue. We sent emails with the actual photos of mold in the shower and general condition of apartment and did not get this resolved in a way that was beneficial to us. So disappointing VRBO!

Beautiful space, central location

Several of our children and their families shared this great apartment on a main thoroughfare just a few blocks from Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla, and enjoyed it very much. Check in and out was very easy. An excellent value in every way.
