  • Situado en el céntrico barrio del Eixample, justo enfrente del Mercado del Ninot, este amplio apartamento de 3 dormitorios es perfecto para experimentar la auténtica cultura de Barcelona. Se encuentra ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Barcelona: El barrio del Eixample, un barrio muy animado lleno de galerías de arte, restaurantes de moda, cafés y bares; lo que lo hace muy popular entre los turistas y residentes por igual.

    Casa Cosi Mallorca 1 ha sido amueblado y decorado para crear un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, hemos intentado mantener su autenticidad con elementos tales como “los Mosaicos” (tejas de barro típicos españoles). Cuenta con 3 habitaciones (dos con camas de matrimonio, una con dos camas individuales) y 2 baños completos. Se pueden alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas. El salón es amplio y tiene un ventanal que le da mucha luz natura. La cocina está totalmente equipada para que pueda cocinar para toda la familia. ¡Ideal para grupos, le encantará estar en Casa Cosi Mallorca 1!

Its a really nice apartment, good location overall. There's a bit of walking to tourist attractions, but not too difficult.

Excellent place, comfortable, convenient location, easy, communication with property manager was easy and they were there to assist at any time if needed. Felt like home, no issues.Clean and well equipped .

The location has a market right across the street. Nice place, only emailed the owners general info and they responded in a short period of time. My family all liked the place. I don't know what the winery experience was but did not want to damage the score so I put 4 stars.

Living like a native

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to the major sites but it was also outside of the very busy crowds. So many nice little places to eat nearby. The place was easy to access and the description matched the setting. I would recommend the place. The beds were fine but not especially comfortable (that did not detract too much from the place). I would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood

The photos of this beautiful apartment are accurate. The apartment is very well equipped and is across the street from one of Barcelona's wonderful public markets. It is convenient to busses and a 15-minute walk to the Metro and to streets and neighborhoods that most visitors want to access. This was a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring. I would stay here again any time.

Perfect Barcelona neighborhood

Everything was easy and workable here. The big glass doirs to the inner courtyard were just right to start the day and end it on a peaceful note. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very good. The old ceiling is worth lying in bed for hours to look and meditate. All in all, a perfect spot for all of us.

Summer in Barcelona

A beautiful, well-appointed, well-located haven in beautiful Barcelona. Rental and check-in were smooth with prompt responses to our questions. Good neighborhood with convenient grocery, transportation. Near to several popular streets but quiet. The owners even advised us of a special Festival during our visit ! We would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend for adults and families. Thank you, Casa Cosi team!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Apartment

We loved everything about this place. Perfect spot just across the street from a grocery/market, great neighborhood, very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of a community garden. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and large windows. Everything an American would need in Spain. It even has a tiny elevator, so I didn’t have to carry my bags up the stairs. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Cosa Cosi

Beautiful apartment with a lot of room. The convenience of the market/ grocery store right across the street was a plus. A little mishap with the shower but it was no big deal. Communication with Casa Cosi was beyond expectation.

Great location spacious apartment

A wonderful location across the street from the Supermarket and wonderful fruit, fish and meat stands. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars were the strange little parts. The master bedroom door if closed was very difficult to open from the inside. The master bedroom’s window shades were difficult to figure out how to open & close.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and cozy, and near enough to many sights. We either walked or took the metro. We enjoyed the Cerveseria Catalanya very much, but had a terrible experience at the Bosque Palermo. We did not have a reservation, they gave us a table outdoors, which apparently was actually reserved later for a large group. They got our paella order wrong...instead of meat, they served us seafood, and my daughter is allergic to shellfish, so she couldn't eat it. If the shells are cooked in the rice, she couldn't even eat the rice. We told them, but they said we could either keep it, or return it, but there was no time for making another, and once the other group arrived, we were just finishing our dinner and they said they needed the table and were not very nice about it. My son is a chef, and both myself and my husband were in food and beverage management in Las Vegas and very much understand the business. Had the waiter been nicer, it would have made all the difference. One.of the waiters was very nice, the other was horrible. Just a word, I would not recommend that place. However, every other place we went everyone was cordial and the food was great.

It checked all the boxes

We were looking for a roomy, comfortable space for six adults in a nice neighborhood not too close and not too far from all the city action. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and good gathering spaces for us to eat together and swap stories about our Barcelona adventures.

Comfort and Style in Charming Apartment

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cosi Mallorca I! The space has the charm of old Barcelona with every modern amenity. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was modern and convenient. We enjoyed evenings in the great room around the dining room table. The location was perfect, too! We were close to the Metro, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
