  • Apartment renovated in July 2019. Totally new. Located in an old cataloged building, at the end of Ramblas facing the sea. In front of Christopher Columbus monument. The best tourist location. The Barrio Gotico and La Rambla offers to tourists a privileged location to visit all points of interest. You will have the Dressanes metro station 20 meters away. It's a new apartment in the old town area and maintains the charm of the typical Mediterranean house with a modern and comfortable design.

The apartment building built over 100 years ago had all the architectural charm it started with, while the unit had all the modern conveniences we needed-laundry, coffee, air conditioning, updated, and clean bathrooms & more, We enjoyed the unique decor and artwork as well! The location was fabulous with lots of nearby attractions. And we could get your steps in starting with the walk up to the third floor!

Traveled with family and had a great experience. Stephy was a great host and was there to meet us and answer any questions we had. This was a great location and definitely recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

This was a beautiful apartment right on Las Ramblas near the port. All the rooms had balconies with stunning views in every direction. The host was accommodating and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and the apartment was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also a great addition to do laundry in between stops on our journey. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing apartment for our group of six; 2 adults and 4 older teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely air conditioned. Having multiple balconies to sit outside morning and evening was lovely. It was perfectly located with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro/busses. Stephy communicated wonderfully with us throughout our entire stay gave us many recommendations for things to do around Barcelona. I would absolutely recommend this apartment. Thank you for sharing the apartment with us during our stay in Barcelona.

Great 4 night stay near the port of Barcelona

Great location, big showers with plenty of water pressure, near metro station, clean accommodations, and great communications with the property manager. highly recommend!

Excellent location

My family , 2 adults and 3 teenagers, loved this place. Very clean, well stocked apartment in an excellent location. Alex was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend!

We’ve had a lovely stay in the Colonial! From start to finish everything was easy. The apartment itself had very generous bedrooms, comfortable beds, all necessary amenities, and the location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be close to all the historic sites, restaurants, and night life.FYI: There are no elevators, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. However, it is posted in the VRBO description.

The BEST Location! Incredible Place!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to be in the middle of everything, and especially for a pre-cruise visit like ours, this stunning place off of La Rambla is it. We felt like VIPs walking in to the building each day, and there isn't a better spot to walk to so many different things in town. Amenities inside were great. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nice flat in great location

Plenty of space, period building with high ceilings, well fitted out, new bathrooms and kitchen, nice balconies, AC, we positioned flat ideal to see all the sites, there was some street construction works going on, but were out all day, so didn't really bother us, thank you to Alex, great stay.

Perfect Barcelona Spot

We stayed for several days in early March. The location was perfect for touring Barcelona the apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 5. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easily manageable, and the host was host, Alessandro, was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Winter trip with family

We are a family of 5 with children ages 18-24. We had plenty of space. The owner was very responsive and the apartment is clean with 2 full bathrooms and great showers. The washer and dryer were a wonderful bonus. Location was safe and walkable to sites and metro. Excellent!

As advertised, clean and spacious. 4th floor accessible by stairs only, so a challenge for anyone travelling with mobility issues. Great location, walkable all over never needed transit or car other than to get to the cruise terminal and even the , it was our choice because 2 kids, luggages and hot. Note that check in process was via connection with an agent so you’ll want to have phone/connectivity access in order to communicate immediately go arrange check-in details (including location of the property).

The VRBO worked just fine for two couples. We wanted to have a view and easy walking in the Gothic District. It was quiet even though it was directly above an outdoor cafe. I do think guests should be told that the condo is on the 4th floor and that there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but might be difficult for older people or those with bad knees. Stephy, the hostess, was delightful and very accommodating.
