To reserve a padel court, visit the sports-area booth and write your preferred time and name on the sheets kept in the box. Access to communal facilities is subject to the community's schedules and rules.

The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe; the separate bathroom has a shower. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and oven. The building has an elevator, and the complex offers pools, gardens, a playground and two padel courts.

The apartment is in Sant Marti, close to Diagonal Mar, Poblenou and Barcelona's seafront. Public transport connections provide convenient access to the city centre and other Barcelona neighbourhoods. The exact address and arrival instructions are shared before check-in.

Late check-in fee: EUR 25 after 8:00 PM and EUR 50 after 12:00 AM, paid upon arrival.
