Vacaciones geniales

Gracias a Yolanda y su pareja hemos estado de maravilla en un acogedor apartamento que tiene lo imprescindible para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La piscina y el jardín con una canasta y mesa de ping pong nos ha hecho disfrutar todos los días. Recomendable 100% para pasar unos días tranquilos en un entorno familiar y agradable.

¡UN LUGAR MAGNÍFICO CON UNOS EXCELENTES ANFITRIONES!

Fui a pasar la festividad de Sant Juan, en total cuatro días y tres noches junto a mi perrita Brenda, y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. El sitio resulta de lo más reconfortante: el apartamento es muy acogedor, y el jardín exterior con su piscina no tiene precio. ¡Ahí disfrutamos los dos lo que no está escrito! Los anfitriones, Yolanda y Abel, se preocupan realmente de que tu estancia sea de lo más confortable y satisfactoria, lo que sin duda consiguen con creces. Gocé de total libertad de movimiento y de horarios libres. En fin: repetiré seguro, tanto si es en solitario acompañado de mi mascota como en grupo. ¡Un gran abrazo desde Mataró a esa magnífica pareja!

Maravillosa

Me ha encantando, fui con mis aitas y mi perrita, tenía total libertad por el jardín, estaba todo el día para arriba y para abajo, yo creo que la que es la que más lo va a echar de menos jaja. En general estaba todo perfecto y super bien, está para repetir, una zona muy tranquila y acogedora. Tienes piscina, cancha, pin pon... No te vas a aburrir allí. Sólo puedo decir que encantada.

Hemos pasado 6 días en un entorno muy agradable. El apartamento es muy acogedor y completo. Los propietarios han sido muy amables con nosotros, siempre pendientes que nos sintiéramos como en casa y, así ha sido. Una estancia excelente, dónde hemos diafrutado al máximo de nuestras vacaciones. Nuestro pequeña mascota, Drako, ha vivido su mejor experiencia, sin duda!!! Muchas gracias a Yolanda, Abel y Pol por vuestra generosidad.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung und schöne Außenanlage mit tollem AusblickMitte Juni für eine Woche mit Familie zu Gast bei Yolanda und Abel (sehr freundlich und liebevoll). Unsere Jungs (10/ 8 Jahre) verstanden sich mit beiden sehr gut. Ausführlicher Check-In, bei Fragen/Anliegen aller Art war Yolanda immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und teilte darüber auch Empfehlungen (z.B. Restaurants/Ausflugsziele).Lage: Ruhige Gegend umgeben von Villen/Ferienhäusern. Hanglage mit traumhaften Ausblick bis zum Meer. Bis ins Zentrum von Cabrils/Vilassar de Mar sind es nur ca. 10min mit dem Auto. An den Stränden kann man teilweise kostenlos parken und ist eher unter Einheimischen.Garten: Ein großer Pool, eine Gartendusche, Liegen, Sonnenschirme und eine Hollywoodschaukel. Es gibt einen Basketballkorb und Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger/Bälle. Den Pool durften wir über die gesamte Zeit nutzen. Yolanda hatte uns dazu animiert sich tagsüber auch lautstark auszutoben. Ab 22Uhr dann leise verhalten. Vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen (Essen im Freien). Es gibt zwei Holzkohlegrills und ein PKW Stellplatz.Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Ess- und Coachtisch. Küchenausstattung: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd. Separates Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Spielecke. An allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Mehrere Ventilatoren.Garten und Wohnung sehr ordentlich und sauber. 100ige Weiterempfehlung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Everything we wanted

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Yolanda had provided clear instructions on how to find the place and she was there to greet us and show us around. The property was clean, comfortable and the views are wonderful. Travelling into Barcelona was easy via train, and we were very grateful to come back to our peaceful accommodation after a day in the city. We also travelled to Montserrat which we really enjoyed. A long weekend just wasn't enough so we are hoping to visit again with our children, as the property is also great for families, including toys and games and of course the pool (chilly but refreshing!).I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it would have been difficult to get around without it.

Perfekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Yolanda hat uns schon vor der Anreise hilflfreiche Tipps für Barcelona gegeben. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell dort. ich habe jeden Tag die Rückfahrt nach Cabrils mit Blick aufs Meer genossen und mich auf die schöne, ruhige Wohnung im grünen gefreut. Den Garten und Pool hat man für sich alleine. Man fühlt sich wie alleine im Haus und hat doch sofort Antworten von Yolanda auf alle Fragen.Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Danke Yolanda und Yann für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

10 Tage Barcelona und Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage Barcelona erleben und dazu tiefe Einblicke in die spanische Lebensart gewinnen wollen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Urlauber so braucht; bis auf eine Geschirr-Spülmaschine. Es gibt Mückengitter vor den Fenstern und dicht schließende Rollladen. Das Grundstück und der Pool waren sauber, letzterer aber leider für uns schon zu kalt (<21°C). Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung für einen Familien-Van, da man von einer engen Straße durch ein vglw. kleines Tor fahren muss. Die Vermieter Yolanda und Abel sind in jedem Fall hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jede Kontaktaufnahme ging stets von uns aus. Yolanda spricht gut deutsch, englisch und französisch. Wir haben uns 10 Tage wirklich wohl gefühlt und würden dort sofort wieder buchen. Danke Yolanda, danke Abel.

Great property in a very smart location. Owners communication with you is excellent. Lovely pool and surrounds. Location is great for Barcelona, Sitges, Tossa and Montserrat so plenty to do. Excellent local restaurants and we can recommend Can Rin as ate there 3 nights out of 7!

Heel fijn verblijf met voortreffelijke eigenaren

Het was heel fijn en mooi met een eigen zwembad en uitzicht op de zee. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en reageerden direct bij een vraag. Er is een hele veilige plek voor de auto. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat het hoog ligt en een half uur lopen is naar het centrum. Ook is er weinig bergruimte voor de spullen qua kasten (zeker als je met meer dan 2 personen bent). Verder alles top geregeld en zeer schoon!

Sejour au top

Yolanda et Abel sont adorables ,ils nous ont acceuillis chaleureusement dans ce superbe endroit l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les alentours Barcelone, Sitges,Tossa del Mar ,Tarragone,....Et quel plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la piscine au retour de nos petites excursions. Nous avons egalement apprécié de prendre nos repas avec la vue sur mer. Yolanda et Abel très discrets sont toujours de bons conseils et fournissent de bonnes infos . Merci encore a eux de nous avoir fait nous sentir chez nous tout au long de ses 2 semaines.

The Perfect Place in Cabrils

Absolutely delightful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Many amenities at the home for a family. Lovely location with an ocean view. All of this is great, but what makes this home stand out are the hosts Yolanda and Abel. Though we were running late from a long day of travel, they graciously met us and walked us through the property, even making sure we had the groceries needed for the morning. They were always available to help and suggest ideas. We cannot wait to return to this house. If you are reading this review, pick them!!!

Barcelona 24 - 4 night stay

Absolutely lovely break!!! The hosts were wonderful. Couldn’t do enough for us and extremely helpful. We had a nightmare with car hire at the airport but still accessible by train and a short taxi ride which is a lot cheaper than in the uk. The train for 4 was only €20 approx. Yolanda helped us to navigate from the airport by train and kindly picked us up from the local train station. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. Location is more remote but about 40 minute walk to the town/train and even the beach or around €10 for a taxi. The local market was open on the Sunday with lots of fresh food/wine/cheese etc. The local restaurants/bars down by the harbour/beach were very good. Definitely would recommend and would return. Very relaxing break, with great views and fantastic hosts.

Extraordinario!!!

La experiencia fue extraordinaria. Un maravilloso lugar con espléndidas vistas al mar y a las montañas. Los propietarios personas muy gentiles dispuestos ayudar en cualquier instancia. Un hermoso lugar con piscina privada, que se puede disfrutar en cualquier hora. Nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho el lugar!

Beautiful stay!

Me and my friend stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every second. Yolanda and Pol were incredibly kind and friendly and made the checking in process and our stay very comfortable. We were on foot, and if you are able to walk up the hills it's doable! But would recommend a car for ease. The flat was so cute, the pool was amazing and the views were great ! Couldn't recommend it enough, and would love to stay again. 5 stars !!

Schöner Frühjahrsurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und ideal ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle und ruhige Lage in den Hügeln von Cabrils mit schönem Blick bis zum Meer. Der schöne Garten mit Strandliegen und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberin, Yolanda, ist super nett. Sie ist sehr bemüht, einem alle Wünsche zu erfüllen - und Fragen zum Aufenthalt und den Touristenattraktionen in Barcelona zu beantworten. Da sie auch deutsch und französisch spricht, gab es keinerlei Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Für unsere Barcelona-Trips konnten wir ohne Probleme mit der Bahn in die Stadt fahren. Wir haben uns in den zweieinhalb Wochen bei Yolanda sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Sightseeing und Pausen zum Relaxen.
