Barceloneta Beach IV Apartments are located at Barceloneta Beach, one of the most tourist and leisure oriented areas in Barcelona, whilst at the same time it is well communicated with the entire city via all types of transport.

This open plan apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift and its modern and contemporary design makes it ideal for couples or small families. It has twin beds, bathroom with shower, balcony, lounge-dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Visit all the area of the Olympic Village, the Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Ciudadella and Barcelona Zoo, which are all just a few minutes from the apartments, and enjoy the great variety of restaurants and bars where you will be delighted by the exquisite Mediterranean Cuisine. You can also enjoy all types of water sports nearby.

Other places of tourist interest to visit are the Ramblas, the Sacred Family or Güell Park, as there is a train station, a metro station and several bus stops near the apartments that provide rapid transport all over the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price
