El alojamiento estaba según fotos pero necesitaría un refresh en cuanto a los muebles (baño, balda cocina…) estaba perfectamente equipado y limpio.

Comfortable apartment in great location!

Great place with elevator. Restaurants, shops, public transportation within a few minutes walk. “Local Tapas” was our favorite restaurant

Great location a short walk to Universitat Metro. Lidl across the street was so handy. Enjoyed our stay in BCN and Eixample.

Great apartment and wonderful location

My family and I stayed here for four nights. We really enjoyed the location; close to the city highlights, close to supermarket, relatively close to the metro. The AC was nice in the living room and main bedroom, but with no AC in the other rooms, it got a little stuffy. However, the apartment came with several fans which helped a lot.

Clean, Quite, and a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Despite being peaceful, it’s just a convenient 15-20 minute walk to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. The property was exceptionally clean and well-kept, which made our stay very comfortable. Access was straightforward, and we had no issues with check-in or check-out. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and safe spot!

Great little spot, location is great. One of the bus lines from the coast area drops off literally right in front of the apartment. Clean, nice balcony, bright. Coffee pods for the maker would have been a nice touch, but that was the only complaint.

Clean and safe

Fantastic apartment! Great location. A little bit of a walk to the metro but the pedestrian street next to it is great and has many amazing options for food and drinks. Very safe neighborhood. The only suggestion would be to have 2 more fans. One for the living room and one for the master bedroom. The air conditioner is not very powerful, so the fans would be very helpful. Overall a great stay- buy soap!

Barcelona visit

This was a lovely apartment right in the heart of Eixample with easy access to all parts of the city. It is right along a primarily pedestrian boulevard, and being on the top floor facing the courtyard, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was very clean and nice with good appliances. The only challenge was around the payment, which was processed through the Spain-based host company's site, and there was some challenges with the cc processing. Communication with the company was good in working to resolve the issue.

Great location

This flat is in a great location - quiet neighborhood with very good restaurants and cafes. Our fav brunch spot was Billy Brunch & Garden (go early or queue up outside for 30min) and the cafe around the corner was really good (Pai Pastes Degustacio). Fav for dinner was Patsa Lab. We got the Hola Barcelona 72hr public transport pass and the subway was very convenient. Easy walk to La Rambla. The flat itself was fine-the 3rd bedroom gets no air movement and the fans provided were very loud. Beds not super comfortable, but ok. If you arrive after a certain time, be aware there is an extra charge. All-in-all it was a good home base.

Good base for exploring the city

The property provided the basics for our stay. Actually had 2 balconies that got morning sun which was nice. Good shower. The layout is typical for Barcelona with 2 bedrooms facing an internal courtyard which can be very noisy in the mornings - I stayed at multiple apartments and can say this was the same everywhere really. However, the single room felt like a servants quarter with door opening to utility yard- no one really wanted to take that room. Kitchen provisions were scarce- could have provided some more coffee/ tea ( 2 capsules for 4 nights and 3 adults didn't suffice). Problem for us was that Lidl was closed over the holiday so couldn't stock up easily. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and this was good value in comparison to other properties.

Tres bon emplacement, proche de tout meme à pieds. Appartement très propre mais juste pourv5 personnes, notamment la petite chambre où il manque une lampe de chevet.Nous avons apprécié le kit propriété mis à disposition.Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la petite terrasse puisque les chaises et la table etait repeinte le jour de notre arrivée.

Really lovely apartment. Lots of room. Everything was spotless clean. Really great location, so central to everything. Just a few minutes walk from the metro station. There isn't onsite parking, but a car park just a couple of minutes walk away. Communication was great, and answered any questions I had Really quickly and helpfully. Very recommended apartment

Appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier agréable. Les stations de métro universitat et Urgel sont à 5 minutes à pieds et la plaça Catalunya n’est pas loin non plus. L’appartement est lumineux mais 2 chambres sont sans fenêtre. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables mais l’appartement a l’avantage d’être en étage élevé et ne donne pas sur la rue. Il est relativement calme même si l’isolation est médiocre et on entend les voisins. La procédure d’entrée et de sortie est simple et la communication avec le gérant de l’appartement est facile. Toutefois, nous n’avons vu personne à notre arrivée à part la femme de ménage. La salle de bain possède un tout petit lavabo et les toilettes ne sont pas séparées. Bon séjour pour une famille de 5. Merci pour les recommandations de restaurants. N’hésitez pas à aller prendre un brunch chez Belliny à côté de la station Urgel. Tout y est délicieux.
