Great location, amazing huge terrace and plenty of room for 5 adults. Attractive and great layout. An elevator was great for luggage and anyone avoiding steps. Ideal for our stay.

Great Barcelona Location

\Property was perfect for our stay. Location was great. It was walkable to many sites for visitors. Many cafés and markets close by. Taxis were not a problem either, as we were a block from the bus station. The owners were very responsive to our needs.

A lovely place

We were supposed to get this place for four nights, but we got only two nights there due to unforeseen circumstances. It had been renovated and was very clean. We liked the place very much, and the check-in was pretty seamless. The patio was lovely and quiet. We found that the shower floors were designed with very little slope, so they leaked. It would be wise to check the floor during your shower. We also found that we could have used more cups and glasses. And remember that housing is much smaller than in North America. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were large. Communication with Jaume was excellent, and it helped us to have a great time in Barcelona.

Our trip

Maria met us out front and was wonderful, got us in and explained everything we needed to know about the place. The only down side was our bedding. Each bed had sheets with stains of some sort on them. And one pillowcase that had smears of some sort as well. It was as if the bedding wasn't changed, or if it was, they did not check for such things. I sent photos to Maria and she had housekeeping come over while we were out to remove all bedding and put new bedding on all the beds, which was appreciated. But disappointing that had happened in the first place. Other than that, the apartment was great and we did enjoy our stay.

Good location & terrace but has some tweaks needed

Location and terrace are best features here and could make your trip. Beds, linens and bathroom are not very good but could be improved with little effort. Bedspread was too small and stained multiple places in both rooms. Beds are hard as a rocks. Bathroom has no hooks for towels or clothes. Furniture is nice and kitchen has all that is needed. Check in was very accommodating. A few tweaks would make this place way more worth the money.

After arriving in Barcelona we made contact with Anna who was not only at the accommodation to greet us but also helped when we got a little mixed up on the metro. The accomodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. Excalty as described. We had a an excellent stay, thank you.

Location, Location, Location

This location is OUTSTANDING. We easily walked to every Barcelona attraction. And, yet the apartment was very quiet and spacious. We used the sizeable kitchen and dining area for breakfasts and late night suppers - there was plenty of space for us. The bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for 2 couples - plenty of privacy. We loved having the washing machine since we were there for 8 days. The check-in was super easy! Wifi worked great and was strong. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect size and location!

We went to visit my daughter in Barcelona during her study abroad program and stayed here. It was terrific- especially the outdoor space! The location is safe , central, and easy to sightsee from! One very small issue was the one shower that spilled over onto bathroom floor, so additional towels / mop etc. was necessary. Not enough of an issue to not come back! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful location

Just finished our stay in Barcelona and couldn’t be happier with the location of this place. Stayed with 6 college kids for spring break and we had a blast. 15 min walk to las Ramblas for shopping, and less than 30 min walk to la sagrada. The place was clean and the check in process was wonderful. The outside is terrace is amazing!!! We were given 2 room keys, which ended up being plenty. Only complaint is one of the showers leaks quite a bit. Besides that, would absolutely stay here again!

Nice apartment, imperfect but perfectly ok

We stayed at this apartment as a group of 6 18 year olds for our summer trip. It definitely felt a bit tight, especially the main sitting room where (especially if you’re a messy group) can feel cramped. There is a gorgeous terrace but there are many neighbors and you seriously cannot be out there past dark or they get very mad. One of the showers floods the bathroom. The place was clean but not totally clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 2 days; it’s stocked, but not very well. The location is definitely walking distance from nice neighborhoods like El Born but you by no means feel like you’re in the center of things, which for us frankly was a negative. All in all, decent for the price

Visiting our daughter in Barcelona

We had a great experience with this property. It is conveniently located near the the Metro and bus station which made it easy for several site seeing tours we did. Great location near the Arc as well and nice walking distance to several other attractions. Apartment was clean and had all amenities needed. The outdoor terrace was extremely nice to have as extra space. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely apartment in a great location for vacation.

We are 2 retired couples visiting Barcelona for the first time. This apartment is simple, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace at the end of a busy day with a cool drink! The apartment is less than a block from a metro/ train/bus station and taxi stand...very convenient. Check-in and out were very efficient. I would stay there again!

Fun in Barcelona

The apartment was perfect for our family visit. Spacious, and clean. Loved the terrace. Perfect area to relax after touring Barcelona all day. Walked everywhere. Good location, in need of face lift

The property was handy for the metro station Arc de Triomf but apart from that very few other plus points. The property needs a little TLC and spruce up. The bathroom with bath was in need of modernisation and the terrace area was very shabby and needed a tidy up. The key collection was good and the lady who showed us round very nice. Wouldn't stay here again I am afraid.

A well kept and maintained property that didn’t disappoint

The apartment is clean and well maintained and the pictures reflect the quality of the property. Very centrally located with good surrounding amenities and transportation. We would thoroughly recommend this property to those with small children and would stay again.
