This condo is in a great spot, located next to several quality eating establishments, a few of which are steps out the front door. It is well appointed, secure, functionally well designed, well kept and clean. The area of Poblano is one we would happily visit again. The beach is a ten minute walk and several cheap means of transportation are close by. Barcelona is set up for ease of travel and we felt that staying here. Miguel and Miguel Sr. both ensured we had a quality stay, helped stock the condo, arranged transport to and from the airport and checked in to make sure we were doing well.
We would happily stay here again.
***Note***we rated the "Accuracy of Online Listing" 3 stars for one reason. We were denied access to the pool. This was big for us as it we have two children that very much enjoy the water. We were informed by Miguel of an unfortunate incident that took place with a prior guest days before we arrived which created a problem and resulting invalidation of pool use for renting guests. Miguel compensated us for this change. We were treated fairly by Miguel and he did all he could to make up for this. We walked to the beach and had a great time. However, when we checked in, this did end up being a false advertisement for us, contrary to our expectations. I'm sure, knowing the owners as the good people they are, this will be remedied by removing the picture and mention of a pool in their ad or make sure the HOA of the building changes their policy before accepting future reservations under false pretenses.
As mentioned, we would most certainly return and use this condo again and highly recommend it.
