Great Apartment

We are a family of five and this apartment fit our needs very well; it was well stocked, roomy, super clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great! The cafe below is perfect for a morning coffee! The stairs didn’t bother us, but there was a working elevator as well. The only complaint we have is the bed in the “master” bedroom sinks horribly in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable. This was disappointing because everything else was so great. If the mattress was switched out we would absolutely stay here again

Great Apartment in Barcelona

This was a beautiful apartment and we would absolutely recommend. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and easy check in, great location in the middle of everything. My teenage daughters loved having their own single rooms and bathrooms, we loved the floor to ceiling windows and balcony for drinking wine and people watching. After long hot days in the city it was alway a joy to come home too (and we slept so well with the AC and dark curtains). A great vacation place in Barcelona!

Good area of town. All was as expected. Easily communicated with the property manager about a couple of small issues. Bakery/coffee shop next door was excellent for breakfast.

Worst rental property stay

Very badly managed property that caused me to avoid using Vrbo. Elevator not working when we arrived. Fixed briefly second day then broke again. Habitat staff unhelpful. We had to drag 8 suitcases down three floors upon checkout. Clothes dryer not working either. Mattress very uncomfortable. Worst stay ! I sent email to Habitat requesting full refund for nightmare experience. No reaction. Bye bye Vrbo!

Perfect location!

Perfect location for exploring Barcelona. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Can be noisy at night. Third party payment system was new to us-poor communication in terms of damage deposit return. We made inquiries a week after we left Barcelona and were told that the 300 euros will be returned within 14 days.

Easy access to taxis Great restaurants near by Only complaint would be the clothes dryer as it didn’t dry our clothes. Plus some confusion on the wifi codes as there were 2 codes on separate locations.

Excellent location and great flat

The flat was excellent, very clean and well equipped and the location couldn't be better. We had an issue with the check, the flat keys were not available and we had to call the office, and wait for someone to bring us the keys. I hope this improves, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Home away from home

We could have used more toilet tissue, one more towel each and more paper towels. We also only got three keys and we were four. However, all other aspects of the apartment were A+. We noticed some mold and water dripping from the bathroom light and someone came right away to check it. We felt safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is filled with cafe's and 24hr markets. Lots of visitors and locals. Loved it!

Perfection!

From ease of reservation, payments and communication with property everything went smoothly. The apartment is just as described and in the perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere but if not walkable we could choose between metro or taxi stand on corner. It really was just perfection.

We had a fantastic time here. Close to mass transit and all the sights. Great for walking to great restaurants. Would stay here again. The only drawback was they only had one working key.

Fantastic Family vacation in Barcelona

The apartment was very comfortable, clean,and extremely convenient. We enjoyed exploring the city and then loved coming back to the apartment to relax before dinner. The taxi stand across the street made it easy to get around on the one day it rained. Overall a truly wonderful experience.

Centrally Located

I would stay here again in a minute. It is located within a few minutes walk of most of the major sites that you will want to see in Barcelona. The rail system is literally right outside the door. It offered us plenty of space to stretch out after a long day of walking. Any criticisms that i could offer would be minor or petty.
