Cosy 40 m² flat on Avenida Paral·lel, with capacity for up to 3 people. It has a double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.
The living-dining room is bright and has access to a balcony overlooking a large inner courtyard, a quiet space typical of Barcelona. It has split air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, as well as shared Wi-Fi.
The building has an old lift, which can be somewhat noisy.
Smoking is not permitted in any room of the flat, including the balcony or terrace.
A comfortable and well-located option for enjoying Barcelona in peace and quiet, with good connections to the rest of the city.
Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times.
Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.
-Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking in the apartment or balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens, museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show.

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.
