On the ground floor, expansive living spaces unfold with effortless flow. A professional-grade kitchen, complete with fireplace and traditional pizza oven, serves as the heart of the home. Three guest bathrooms and three interconnected reception rooms — including a music salon with piano and an elegant bar lounge — create the perfect setting for private dinners, celebrations, and intimate gatherings.
The first floor hosts the sleeping quarters, featuring six beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The layout allows the floor to be divided into two independent wings, enhanced by a separate living area with kitchen and lounge, offering guests additional privacy and flexibility.
An independent barn further enriches the estate, providing two additional double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with kitchenette — ideal for guests seeking a more autonomous retreat within the property.
Outdoors, the estate truly comes into its own. A fully equipped open-air kitchen and a striking iron-and-glass pergola, capable of accommodating up to 100 seated guests, make Villa Noce an exceptional venue for weddings, private celebrations, corporate retreats, and curated experiences.
Surrounded by the rolling hills of Chianti, Villa Noce seamlessly blends authentic Tuscan heritage with contemporary comfort, offering a rare combination of warmth, sophistication, and remarkable flexibility.

The rate includes a mid-week housekeeping service (usually on Wednesday afternoon), all utilities, and daily maintenance of the swimming pool and gardens.
Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost.
The laundry room is not accessible to guests as it is located within the property's technical area, where the utility meters and electrical systems are housed.
A laundry service is available upon request at an additional cost of €20 per hour.
