The villa for rent is a historical building, a hundred-year-old farmhouse completely restored and elegantly renovated yet preserving its original structure with open beam ceilings, brick arches and terracotta floors.
In 11 beautiful bedrooms it can accommodate up to 22 people and is perfect for large groups of friends who want to maintain their privacy or as a venue for events or weddings.

Please note that the Villa has a discounted price (approx. 10%) for a group of no more than 16 people.
The villa is recommended for groups of up to 20 people, and Price is calculated as you set the number of people (up to 20):
- up to 16 people (discounted price) or
- from 17 to 20 people (full price)
- for more than 20 people you will be asked for an extra payment on site, adding up to a maximum of 2 more beds at a cost of 200 euros per bed (per week).

Given the location in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, it is preferable to use your own vehicle, but it is still possible to reach large cities such as Florence by public transport.

The rental property enjoys a beautiful, well-kept garden where you can fully experience the Tuscan countryside.
All outdoor areas equipped with everything necessary to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, as well as comfortable sunbeds and hammocks in the private garden.
You can enjoy a luxurious swimming pool with two small waterfalls adorned with mosaics, including parasols and sunbeds.

The rental villa is located in the Tuscan countryside surrounding the small village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the heart of Chianti and halfway between Florence and Siena.
Just 4 km from the villa, is Barberino Val d'Elsa, a small medieval village which dates back to the 1200s and is surrounded by its original medieval walls. In 2003 this village was awarded the orange flag by the Italian Touring Club, for the beauty and promotion of cultural heritage, environmental protection, culture of hospitality, quality of catering and local products.
In fact, here you will find excellent restaurants and cellars, where you can taste the flavors of Tuscan cuisine.

Barberino Val d'Elsa is the ideal starting point both for day trips to Florence and Siena, and for reaching other enchanting Chianti villages (such as Greve in Chianti, Panzano, Castellina, Radda in Chianti) or medieval villages in the Tuscan countryside (such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Monteriggioni, Volterra).

Lastly, you can easily reach the beautiful Badia a Passignano (just 10 minutes from the property), a medieval abbey, definitely worth seeing, with its secret gardens and frescoes by Ghirlandaio.

Elegant rental property that can accommodate up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms of which 7 with en-suite bathrooms and 4 that share 2 bathrooms.

The property consists of 3 buildings: the main villa (divided into Lower floor, ground floor, first floor and second floor), the cottage which is above the reception and a third building used as a breakfast room (on request).

Lower floor: where the wellness center and the spa are located. It has a heated hydromassage pool, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, 2 showers and a changing room. The wellness center is available exclusively for our guests. Massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

Ground Floor:A large paved area, once a courtyard, leads into a large and characteristic main living room in terracotta with stone walls, exposed beams and arches that offers a truly unique and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the elegant sofas and armchairs and the typical Tuscan fireplace. Next to it there is another large living room / dining room with a long table for 20 people, Smart TV with streaming platforms, a service bathroom and the main kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and everything needed to cook for 20 people.
In addition there is also the laundry area with two washing machines, two dryers and a free dispenser of still and sparkling water.

On this floor there is also a suite that is also accessible to those with mobility difficulties because it has step-free access and is 100cm wide. It consists of a lovely living room with fireplace and sofa, a second small kitchen and a double bedroom #1 with private bathroom with shower. From each of the kitchens and the bedroom it is possible to access the outdoor spaces.

First Floor: here you will find a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, a living room with TV for relaxing and 7 double bedrooms:

Cottage: independent apartment, adjacent to the main villa, available only for a group of 20/22 people.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A living room with fireplace and smart TV, a double bedroom #10 (170*190 cm.), a twin bedroom #11 with two single beds that can be joined, on request; a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The large loggia, the private garden and the direct access to the swimming pool make the Cottage a fantastic place.
