On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned kitchen with a dining room and an impressive open fireplace, a living room with access to the yard, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The first floor is also equipped with air conditioning. The smaller house of approx. 30 m2 consists of a small living area with a sofa and an armchair, as well as an exit to the garden, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Extending from the house, a covered terrace provides an inviting space for relaxation.
