"Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch praktisch, aber man findet auch anderswo im Garten/auf der Terrasse ausreichend Schatten. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Bolzplatz,...

"Francesca was so helpful pre-stay and during it. I was travelling along with a child and we needed lots of advice and she was great. The villa is gorgeous- cosy and has everything you need. It is perfect for 2-3 guests and the pool area is lovely and bigger than the pictures show. I would say that a car is a must in order to explore. The air con is effective which is definitely needed in summer months! Thank you Francesca "

"We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

"A few things to note. The property is a distance from civilisation, which is great, however the land is shared with another property perhaps 60 metres away, the folks staying there seemed nice but meeting their vehicle coming the other way on the narrow dirt track was exciting! The property needs some money spending on it, the sofa is threadbare, the bedding is not good quality and the kitchen is in need of a functional as well as aesthetic update. Property Doors stick and don´t always close...

"Sardinien ist ein Traum! Sauberes Meer, grandiose Farben, beeindruckende Bergwelt...Dazu ein Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht in Orangenhain oder zu den Bergen bis hin zum Meer (ohne dies wirklich zu sehen!). Im Haus gibt es alles was benötigt wird, großzügig mit 2 Toiletten, Dusche und Außendusche und einem schönen Platz um draußen zu sitzen, zu essen."

"Siamo stati in questa bella casa ad agosto 2019. La posizione è perfetta, fuori dal caos su una bella collina vista mare e a 5 minuti da spiagge bellissime. Casa spaziosa, pulita e completa di tutto. Siamo stati veramente bene, inoltre i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibilissime che ci hanno assistito in tutto e per tutto."

"María’s semi-detached home was very nice and had a great view. It had plenty of space both inside and outside, and was located just a 3 minute drive to the town/beach. It is situated on a main road, but we only heard it when we were outside. Overall we had a great stay in Cala Gonone. Thank you María! "Prima huis in mooie omgeving"

"Es war eine schöne Zeit, toller Blick auf das Meer, zur Badebucht 5 min zu Fuß und ein gut gepflegtes Haus. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnte man trotz Hitze schlafen. Die schönsten Touren lagen aber mehr als 1 h Richtung Süden entfernt, da musste man früh aufstehen, um nicht in die Mittagszeit zu kommen. "
