Horrible experiencia. Mi baño no tenía cortina. Tuve que salir a pedir una y la que me dieron estaba manchada. Las sábanas de mala calidad. Primera vez que me da asco quedarme en un hotel. Las toallas de la piscina horrible. Viejas casi ni habían. Demasiado Clorox también. Nunca volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie

Fue muy desagradable la experiencia desde que hicimos el check in, fue un viaje familia por lo que eran muchas habitaciones obviamente para estar todos cómodos ,cuando estaba haciendo la registracion me preguntan el nombre y la cantidad de personas que van habitar la habitación, a lo cual la persona se confundió porque eran tres habitaciones reservadas ,y por un error me contesto que si no le decía bien cuántas personas eran y si checaba la cámara y metía más gente me hiba botar del lugar ,lo dejé pasar porque llevábamos niños y no me hiba poner a discutir, al llegar a la habitación el sofá cama estaba lleno de humedad y olía horrible y la electricidad quemada ,obviamente no lo usamos,a la hora del desayuno el mismo hombre que me grito en el lobby estaba alrededor y solo movía la cabeza haciendo gestos despectivos,al retirarme del lugar fui entregar las tarjetas al lobby porque quería recibos y me dijeron que no me lo hiban a dar porque yo reservé con expedida y que checara mi app,honestamente fue una mala experiencia,no vuelvo a reservar en ese lugar les falta mucha clase para servicio a cliente y no tienen porque discriminar ni sobajar a los huéspedes.

Our son forgot his whole Nintendo switch case, games, controllers, ect at the hotel. We didn’t realize he left it until the hotel called us to let us know. We were very grateful for their honesty and phone call. We were able to come back and get it before we left town.

Staff at check in was snappy/rude, argumentative and not helpful at all. We ended up booking through Expedia while in the lobby because she was so unhelpful. Same staff was dismissive when she was told the sauna was not working. We also found the ice machine on our floor out of order, cleaning supplies left in the hallway, bathroom near lobby unkempt, and a lack of towels in the pool area. Rest of the stay was ok. Beds comfy, breakfast was decent. Staff in the morning seemed to care more than the one who checked us in. They refilled breakfast for us promptly when notified it was getting low.

Hello Kenton, Per our records we see that your reservation was a "Non-Refundable" and you were not able to come to hotel and check in due to your personal reasons. Perfect location to Great Wolf Lodge. We had such a wonderful stay and the owner was such a nice person. We celebrated our little girls 2nd birthday and this place was just perfect. Very clean and if we needed anything we were helped quickly.breakfast was very delicious Definitely recommend.

The property staff was rude when I arrived. Then when we got into the room, it looked nothing like the room shown in the picture as it had damage, potential mold, smelt bad, wrecked furniture, and etc.

Never again!!
Got charged for a towel we never took. Never heard of that before! Was ridiculous. Rooms are not vacuumed and there was pubes on the bed sheet. Never staying again!!!

They are remodeling and what is done so far is very nice. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. The morning clerk was very friendly and interacting with the guests.

I paid for a double queen with the pull out couch. The couch was so old, with a paper thin mattress on it, that had the springs poking through. We couldn't even use it. When booking I did ask for an updated room, the only part that was updated was the paint and that wasn't even done.

Never again
While the kids were in the hot tub and we were in the pool, the lady from the front desk threw chemicals in the hot tub!!!! We had the kids get immediately out. The next night she added chemicals again while we were in the pool. She was not friendly at all. The window was open when we came into our room and screen was bent. The toilet paper in the bathroom at the pool was never restocked. One of the bathrooms light was burnt out completely. The other bathroom’s door had the striker plate hanging and you were unable to keep shut and lock. Our room was very small and the chair was cracked and tattered. Bathroom is so small your hips hit the toilet paper while sitting on toilet. We will not return here. Although it was cheaper and my expectations were less- throwing chemicals in the hot tub while people are in it crosses a line!!!

As we discussed with you during your visit, the chemical you mentioned is harmless baking soda, which was used to balance the pH of the pool and hot tub. Great extended weekend with my husband.
The lady that checked us was amazing.. very friendly and helpful. Made sure if we needed anything just call down. Which we did. . We couldnt get our hot tub to work, she told how to fix it. The bed was sooo comfortable & big, it was perfect for us. The hot tub was the perfect size for the both of us. Was in a perefect location.

A weekend getaway is bound to be a good time. However, it only gets better when you stay at Ramada Wisconsin Dells. The convenient hot tub and comfy beds are perfect for R&R.
