Welcome to our freshly remodeled home in the heart of Mount Desert Island.
3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath ~3300 sq/ft. The 4th bedroom would be the sun room that has a queen sleeper sofa. We fit 10 guest comfortably and can fit up to 12 by request adding 2 rollaway beds for additional 100$ per night per guest.
Master bedroom has 1 king size bed , large walk in closet , full bath with soaker tub
Second bedroom has 1 king size bed with walk in closet.
Third bedroom has 2 tween size beds and 1 tween size bunk bed with extra large walk in closet.
The Sunroom/office has a queen size sofa bed great for overflow guest.
Our house is spacious and cozy with lots of amenities . Located conveniently away from the busy town, only a short trip to every famous location on the island. Small quiet neighborhood in private setting. Quiet owners lives in house next door always available if needed.
Beautiful flower garden and hardscaping, fire pit, swing, Sauna and 6 people hot tub tucked in for privacy.
Enjoy Acadia park and the countless hiking.

Main level features hard wood floors all around.
We prefer if you leave your shoes off, house will be sparkling clean upon your arrival.
Entrance door leads into open kitchen- living room floor plan highlighted by large kitchen island with granite counter top and electric fire place. Two screened doors lead you to outside deck with gas grill for memorable cookouts- watching sunsets with family.
On other side you have half bathroom, laundry and dryer room that you walk trough to our bright with window on every wall reading room complimented by custom made work space, at the end of April we will add up queen sleeper sofa ,turning it basically in a 4th bedroom.
Tucked at the end of hole way you will find master bedroom with private bath- walk in shower and hot tub, this room features a large closet/changing room and king size bed.

The staircase leads downstairs to radiant heated floor in each room. One end of hole way goes to large kids bedroom with two twin beds, twin bunk bed and large closet/changing room. Second bedroom features a king size bed , tv , and a walking closet.There is one full bath with shower/tub for this floor.
And last but not least is our entertainment room highlighted by all leather recliners and gorgeous 65 inch 4K TV.

The entire house is featuring baby proof power outlets, small baby/pet gate.

There is plenty of parking available on the drive way, can easily fit 4 or more vehicles.

There is sun bath area, outdoors fire pit (we provide wood as well) and flower walk through garden and a swing ,6 people hot tub, sauna.

On the premises there is another house ,owners occupied, we are a young couple ,no kids ,just 3 indoor kitties) constantly working , we like to offer you full privacy ,so you can enjoy your vacation . You will be sharing just the driveway with us , the rest of the outdoor space, all the amenities , big garden is all yours .

You can wake up every morning to see deer family spying around the property.
We want you to feel like home and stay comfortable, let us know if anything is missing.
We prefer if you leave your shoes off while in the house, we try to maintain sparkling clean house and protect the floor of damage.
We prefer if you don't carry sharp objects or messy dinner dishes in cinema room please try to keep pets of the furniture.
Kitchen is full with cookware and dishes you may need to prepare a large family dinner.
There is plenty of towels and bed sheeting, we will provide shower gel and basic cleaning supplies as well.
There is outdoor camera monitoring the front parking- entry area and the back entry of the house.Camera is clearly visible at the further corner of building.
