"Definitely live up to its 5 star hotal name. Thank you very much to receptionist 小余小姐. She made us feel like we are welcomed home. We arrived around 11:30 AM, the room we booked isn't available but she give us an complimentary room upgrade and helped us checked in right away so we can leave our belongings ..."
