Being extremely hot the air conditioning added to the comfort but with only the balcony to sit outside that would be the only negative as there was no other outdoor space to sit where one might have a bit of a breeze. Amazing Riverview with an outdoor claw foot bath and outdoor shower which is completely private in the garden area. The accommodation has king size bed , smart TV and free Internet, Air con plus fans. It has a full kitchen and gorgeous large bathroom with a rainfall showerhead including a hand held shower as well. "This little flat was perfect for us and our needs. It was well appointed with all the necessary appliances and spaces. We especially enjoyed lying about on the outdoor patio with the fireplace on while it was raining outside … perfect. The second morning the weather was just right to use the outdoor shower too!! We really had a lovely stay and wished we could have stayed longer than two nights."

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."
