"Spinas Gathaus is a real charmer. It's steps away from the train depot, and surrounded by majestic hills. The staff is excellent as are the meals at the hotel restaurant. Don't let the "hostel" label turn you off. It's more like a top flight bed and breakfast. Highly recommended."

"Enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The room is simple and functional but well designed and updated. The lobby and dining area has a nice “modern rustic” look. The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice functional, cozy and comfortable place to stay. "
