It doesn’t deserve the 3 star hotel category.
At first, when I arrived to the hotel to do my check-in, there’s nobody, I had to wait almost 40 minutes with my luggage at the street. I guess was because the staff weren’t expecting my reservation.
There’s no hot water, I hadn’t at any moment of my stay. When I arrived to my room, there’s a small blood stain on the shower faucet. Also the soap dispenser was misplaced and it was falling every time I had to use it.
The breakfast was ok, but the last one before I left the hotel, it made me sick.
Not so bad experience, but for a 3 star hotel, it’s so frustrating, more if you compare to other hotels around. There is more comfortable and suitable options in Baños.
The hotel deserves a 2 star category, the modern decoration doesn’t justify 3 stars.
