Excellent Location so close to Sugar Mtn

This is a very comfortable house with bedrooms on all three levels, which makes it easy for groups to spread out. The fireplace in the kitchen is amazing, and so is the heated tile in the master bath! The view is phenomenal, the location is perfect, you feel like you’re on acreage, yet you are right beside Sugar Mtn ski resort and a three minute drive to the grocery store. My only suggestion is to bring extra towels, as the host only provides one per person, and if you’re using the hot tub and showering, it takes a lot of time to continuously wash and dry towels.

Great mountain getaway

We enjoyed this property. It was comfortable and the location (near Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn) was perfect. We enjoyed hiking Linville Falls as well. Constructive advice would be to have more glassware (wine glasses and tall water/tea glasses). Blue Ridge Rentals was great as usual—helpful and very quick to respond to any questions/issues we had. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for our mountain house rentals.

Perfect mountain home for family gathering.

Description of this property presented it very well. Our group was family and consisted 5 adults in their 40’s, 1 10 year old and a 75-80 year old couple. The kitchen was very well furnished (although no ice maker in the fridge) and the bedrooms were spacious with nice mattresses. Game room with pool table and shuffleboard. Nice deck with a good view to the north, a fire pit and a gas grill (would have preferred charcoal - personal preference). Great location and very private. Could not ask for more.

Amazing mountain house

The house was absolutely amazing! The views are beautiful and there was tons of room for the whole family. The basement was super fun in the evening. Even though the snow canceled our outdoor activities staying in the house all weekend was just as much fun! We can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I took our son and some college friends to do some snowboarding at Sugar Mountain. This property was the perfect location! The house was beautiful and had such a great layout and amenities for our group. We got 8 inches of snow our first night, and it was beautiful. The location of this house was a mile from the slopes and an easy drive even with the snow. Would definitely recommend, and will be back ourselves.

Stunning home

Stunning home with lovely views. Spacious, cozy, comfortable beds. Top notch rental. We loved every minute of our stay! We are hoping to come back to this house next winter.
