A Blessing Indeed!!!

Beech Mountain Blessing is the perfect name for this place. Peaceful and romantic…The comfort of this place is amazing! Spotless and still smells new.. Short, enjoyable stroll into town. The location can’t be beat. The views are breathtaking! Panoramic views overlooking several towns below and grandfather mountain in the distance. It’s hard to believe that the temperature never seems to exceed 74° during the day and 50 to 60s at night in August! We have stayed on Beech Mountain many times and I will never stay anywhere else.

Beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain

Place was nice. Location was okay. View of Grandfather Mountain was beautiful. Food on the Mountain near the townhouse wasn't worth the price. We weren't aware there wasn't air conditioning, but thankfully it wasn't hot. The neighbors above us were super noisy from the hours of 11 pm to 3 am which was hard for us with small kids trying to sleep. We could hear every foot step.

Beautiful views, very clean

The reviews of this house are accurate! The house has a gorgeous view from atop Beech Mountain. The unit is extremely clean. Beds are comfortable. It is very conveniently located to Beech Mountain activities/shops/eateries and to the town of Banner Elk (more shops/eateries). We were there for winter activities and enjoyed the sledding hill that is so close to the condo! We stayed with our young children (8 & 2) and our parents (in their 50s/60s) and we all had an amazing time. We absolutely loved the condo and its accessories. The fireplaces make it so cozy and you will want for nothing, as everything you need is at the condo. My kids loved taking a bath in the beautiful ‘claw foot’ tub. The king bed sleeps like a dream and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets if you need them. This place is so clean and still smells like new. So refreshing.

A Wonderful Respite!

Townhome is very much as described and pictured. It has beautiful views and is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Fred's and the town are only a walk away. Banner Elk is easily accessible as well from this location. We loved our stay, just what we needed!

Last minute getaway in the beautiful beech mountains

I always use vacation rentals while traveling and I travel at least every 2 months. This was the cleanest rental I have used to date. From the moment I walked in I thought it looked even better than the photos. The view from almost every area of the home was spectacular due its location, gorgeous large windows and doors. I will definitely rent here again.

The house is so well equipped, beds are comfortable, great views. It’s a mountain home, be prepared for stairs and wildlife. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Carol has a beautiful condo overlooking a spectacular view of Grandfather Mountain. It was nicely furnished and immaculately clean. We enjoyed four restfull nights in an extremely comfortable bed with wonderfully cool mountain breezes.

Spectacular views

The townhouse is very attractively and comfortably furnished. The owner has excellent taste. The views of grandfather mountain are unobstructed and amazing. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. The townhouse is just a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Perfect Vacation!!!

This property is simply incredible! Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need to make things feel like your home away from home. We cooked nearly every day and loved that all the items you might need were right there in the kitchen. All items are well maintained and functional. Plenty of space to share with everyone so you never feel crowded. Lots of specialty details that really personalized things for our group. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and helped with any questions asked. We will gladly stay at this wonderful property again in the future.

Perfect Top of the Mountain Retreat

Rented the property to enjoy Beech Mountain and it did not disappoint. Perfect location with amazing views from the property and of Beech Mountain as you head out of the neighborhood. House was clean, cozy, and warm. Spacious and well equipped for home cooking or a take out. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

We had an exhilarating experience while we were walking into town with our glass of wine. We saw a bear and her cubs! She didn’t see us but we definitely saw her. I was astounded at all of the deer too. The townhouse is perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. A short walk to town. As we got closer you could hear the outdoor band playing at Brick Oven Pizza. Beech Mtn. is so quaint and friendly. The townhouse was incredible. Caryl thought of everything!! We had friends over for a beautiful dinner and my wife was so happy that all the dishes matched and serving bowls and platters looked great together. She was able to put on a great dinner together out on the deck overlooking the sun setting over the mountains is just unbelievably beautiful. We will be back!

Incredible views!

This is my second time staying at BeechMountainBlessing. I am so surprised that it still smells so new!! The townhouse was spotless again this vacation. It’s just as I remember unbelievably the ultimate most spectacular views!!! We had the entire townhouse to ourselves AGAIN…We never see anyone. I guess the other people do not rent their townhouses and apparently they do not live there either… So very quiet and private and just a short walk to town. Awesome!

Amazing Location and View

Few places on the mountain have such an incredible view—from sunrise to sunset! The location is great for families wishing to use the playground or sledding hill and is convenient to Fred's for last minute items. The beds were very comfortable and the condo layout is great for families. Loved watching the deer almost every morning around the property. It looked like some previous guests gave some of the kitchen utensils a workout :) so some updated cooking utensils might be in order soon, but other than that, the condo is fantastic.

AMAZING place for winter trip.

We stayed here for a ski trip in January 2022. The views are spectacular and the condo was well furnished. Comfy beds and soft towels. Great heating system allowed for each room to be heated according to usage or preference. Plenty of supplies for cleaning up. Sometimes you get one dishwasher detergent pod for 4 days, but here we had ample supply. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking and eating. Awesome pantry closet. There were dish rags, hand towels, etc. Did I mention the view?? Great location. Easy walk to White Wolf, Brick Oven, sledding hill, even Fred's. Probably the cleanest condo we have ever rented anywhere...no joke. Not a spec of dust. And we were even given a number to call to "make it right" if we found it dirty, but didn't need it. Great heavy duty entry rugs and boot trays for ski boots and shoes (other Beech condos we've rented didn't have a place to put these things). Clean up rags for keeping the area tidy and dry (there was a winter storm during our visit with crazy blowing snow). Laundry room is large with more storage for wet items and shoes. XL capacity washer/dryer for bulky winter items or just drying up your clothes. There were sleds for our use...we made an epic sledding run during the height of the storm. A snow shovel was also available in a ski closet (bonus!)...critical for keeping the walk clean with the heavy snowfall. The storm was pretty rough, but plows did come thru the complex. Communication with the owner was seemless and timely. I think if you can find something to complain about, then it's prolly you, not the condo / owner / property manager. 10 stars.

Amazing Views

This property was really beautiful, and most importantly had the breathtaking mountain views that we were looking for. They really were spectacular! The condo itself was clean, well layed out, and had everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and the soaking tub was so relaxing. All in all we had a great stay !! Would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is that we did not consider walking into the town, as it would be quite a walk with young children. But a very quick and easy ride to all the restaurants, skiing, sledding...etc. Carol was a great host and responded to all our questions/requests promptly.

Extraordinary Stay

First, let me say that the photos of this property, unlike so many I have seen previously, actually do this townhome justice. It is exceptionally clean and well appointed with comfy furniture and as advertised, the fireplace in the living room can heat the entire property very quickly. The view is spectacular, and the location is close enough to enjoy everything we wanted to do: hikes, skiing, tubing, and some very good restaurants. I cannot say enough about this property...you will not be disappointed!!!!! I know that my family of 5 will be back to try out Beech Mountain in the summer!

Mountain getaway with views

We had a great time at this Beech mountain getaway. Long range views and felt like we were on top of the world atop Beech mountain. The house was clean and as advertised, we enjoyed the fireplace. A note to lighter sleepers visiting in the winter: you can hear the electric heat in the bedrooms kicking in so white noise machine/app helps. Would return for a second visit.

We were unable to stay at this property due to the property not being ready for our stay

Due to an unfortunate accident with the cleaning crew, the property had not been properly cleaned & made ready for new guest. The property was beautiful & I am sure that the views were stunning. Our anniversary/vacation was shortened due to a last minute scramble to find somewhere else to stay.

Just absolutely excellent

I am very happy to give nothing but praise for this beautiful townhouse. Very pristine and excellent view of Grandfather and Sugar mountains. Quiet location with very friendly neighbours. I would suggest this to anyone looking for an excellent getaway to Beech Mountain and surrounding areas.
