Welcome to SugarLife Condo! We can’t wait for you to feel at home in our cozy Sugar Top condo. This retreat is just a shuttle ride away from the Sugar Mountain Resort or a 25 minute drive away from Beech Mountain Resort.

This bright, newly renovated condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a true mountain escape.
The space
Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps four. After an adventure-packed day around Sugar Mountain, you'll love cooking in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new cookware and cutlery. Enjoy a meal together at the dining table for six before turning on the electric fireplace, relaxing on the expansive couch, and enjoying your favorite movie on the 55” Smart TV. Step out onto your private balcony complete with table and chairs and an expansive view.

Sleep soundly in the master suite; which offers a new king-size hybrid bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has an adjacent full bathroom.

Please note that SugarTop Resort is not a Hotel. All units are privately owned, and many people live there full time. SugarTop staff are there for owners and do not work for short-term renters. They are there to answer questions or assist if possible. Please contact us first, the owners, if you have any questions or concerns with the unit.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire space during your stay, with the exception of a locked closet and cabinet.
Other things to note
Parking: SugarTop Resort is a gated community on the top of the mountain. You will need to check in at the guard gate and then you will be able to unload your car at the top of the mountain. The parking at the top of the mountain is limited to owners only. After you unload at the lobby; park your car below and ride the shuttle back to the lobby. The shuttle is on demand and operates 24 hours a day.

A/C: Like most properties in the area, our condo doesn’t have air conditioning. You can open the windows and breathe in the fresh mountain air that rarely gets above 80.

Pool/sauna/gym: The complex has a beautiful shared heated indoor pool and two hot tubs. Also in the facility is a gym with wet and dry saunas. The pool is expected to be open, but we can't make any guarantees; as pool maintenance is entirely dependent on the homeowner's association.

Trash: The condo complex has a trash chute, when you exit the unit, it is to the right, at the end of the hall. All trash must be *bagged and tied.*
