  • This is a third floor, two bed, two bath condo in building 8. Free Wi-Fi. The living room has a 25 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player, electric fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small ceiling fan, new stainless steel appliances, and many accessories. There is seating for 5 in the dining area with additional seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV and a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a flat screen TV and two twin beds. From your private balcony you will have an unobstructed mountain view and a gorgeous ski in/ski out view of Oma's Meadow. The Clubhouse is now open with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Come relax in the mountains!**No wood burning fire place**

Carpet was nasty. We have been coming here for over 25 years and love it other than this 304 suite

Convenient to the slopes, but fair warning it’s not a bunny slope

2017 Winter Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No major issues at the condo. Fridge has an odor, floor squeaks and water pressure in shower is lacking. Bed was comfortable, condo was well heated. I have never seen smaller TVs than in the bedrooms. Not a "big" issue but a bit disappointing. The web page described skiing outside the door - that was not an option. No snow machines running on the OOMA or whatever its called run. No internet as advertised. I understand there was a fire but I paid for a place with internet. Internet is necessary for my job - THIS WAS AN ISSUE! With the spa down, internet down, equipment rental down - I would stay DOWN below next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay atop Sugar Mountain. The views are nourishing to the soul and the nighttime fog at this time of year adds an element of mystery. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and easy in and out. The property management staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was a recently redone and a nice amenity after a long day of festivals and sightseeing. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
