  • This is a third floor, two-bedroom two-bath condo in building 6. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a 37 inch TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Human Touch massage chair (perfect for relaxing!!). The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. There is seating for 4 in the dining area with additional seating available at the bar. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds. The new clubhouse features an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas.**No wood burning fire place**

I had worried that the unit would be cold, but it was a perfect temperature.A couple items for attention:No mattress pad in the master bedroomMaster bathroom shower drips constantlyFront door sticks and is difficult to openWifi was very unreliableWe couldn't figure out the TV controls. There were four remotes in the master bedroom--I just gave up.A lamp in the master bedroom did not work.

Cozy apartment in a convenient ski in ski off location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our 3 nights of stay in this cozy, top floor apartment right on the slope! My kids like their room with two beds ( although one girl complained of the squeaky sound when she turned on her bed, she quickly adapted), while I loved my room with a comfortable queen bed. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a warm hearty meal after a few hours of ski. We especially enjoyed the full body massage chair in the living room, my youngest daughter especially fell in love with it! She used it several times a day, giggling while getting the massage! Overlooking the Omar’s meadow trail, it is very convenient location to step out and click on your skis to cruise all the way to the lifts at the base. If you have your own ski equipment and are a intermediate level skier, this is a perfect lodging place. But if you have to rent your ski gear and are a beginner, you have to drive down the hill to the base first. It takes about a little less than 10 minutes to get down to the rental booth and ticket office, so it is still a good place to stay if you don’t mind the driving. I opted out the items damage insurance and paid cash deposit for it, and I got my money back a few days later after I checked out. The management is very helpful in responding to our inquiries, and they are very flexible and accommodating when we have to reschedule our trip!

Awesome Slopeside Condo

Unit 631-disgusting but the location..amazing if you're a skier:)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture attached should be the first sign...look at all of the cables going everywhere. Not a neat and clean condo to say the least. The carpet is dirty throughout. The sofas and chairs and all worn out. The comforters on the all of the beds looked, smelled, and felt dirty. All of the closets were packed full of old furniture and the owners things. The linen closet in the bathroom next to the kitchen was being used to house old linens and as a place where all sweepings were swept into the bottom. I have never stayed in a place that is so dirty. I would've never checked in but the location was amazing. I will say that the kitchen is the only room that has been updated in many years. New cabinets, nice, new appliances, nice. If only I could've slept in there. No sheets or bedding for the pull out. The pull out was covered in old food crumbs and dirt. The place has a lot of potential but I would highly suggest choosing another unit. Did I mention the location...you can't get any closer to the slopes. I will be back, just not in this unit.

Great location with a great view.

Checkin after hours was easy and convenient. All instructions were simple and easy to follow. The location was as advertised and clean. Close to tourist attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect. My wife and myself had a blast and even extended our stay three more days. The view from the back porch was great. Side note if you drink coffee they do have a regular coffee maker and another one that uses K-cups. I have to say Melanie at the management office was a rock star and assisted us with all of our needs.

The unit has a small washer/dryer combo and the lint catcher needs replacing. Not a big deal because they have regular washer and dryers available if you have the quarters to pay for it. Overall very satisfied and would recommend it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to stay here and explore North Carolina hiking. THe place was so lovely and our room was exceptionally pleasant. I went to the main customer service office many times and received lots of help planning great hikes and things to do during our visit. Everyone was pleasant and nice to talk to. Our room was really nicely furnished and we were beyond comfortable in it. We also loved that they had lots of puzzles for us to take and do throughout our stay. That was not something we usually do on vacation, but we really enjoyed that! When we were first planning our trip I called and the management helped us pick the PERFEcT room for our desires and needs. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
