There was a multitude of issues with this property. Mainly I don't think a Chambermaid was in the property before our stay. The linens did not seem clean, and based on a conversation with management they stated they don't always get to all properties. (I'm not sure if she meant managers or Chambermaids).
The dryer has no lint trap and lint is spread out everywhere around the washer/dryer combo, what a mess. Several appliances are inoperative, including garbage disposal and lamps.
There is an area rug laid over the hearth and would not lay flay, causing a tripping hazard. The primary thumbnail picture for the unit shows the fireplace front-and-center. Management stated they do not advertise the unit as having a fireplace, because they can not confirm the fireplace functions. It did not work. Looks like false advertising.
This unit has no Wifi. This should be more clearly stated, instead of omitting Wifi from the listing. In 2022 Wifi is normally assumed in any rental.
I did attempt to resolve these issues, and only wrote this after contacting management. The owner needs to spend some money on their investment, it would not take much to make big improvements.
