What a great property! Better and cozier than photos!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and cozy and had everything we need. They also provided all the starter items that you could need. We had a great ski vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering Home

The home and location was amazing. Everyone in our group loved the property. There were 12 people in our party, but we all had our own space. The three levels were perfect for spreading out, but the common area was large enough for us all to enjoy. I definitely recommend this property

Excellent Cabin on Beech

Wonderful property exactly as listed. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. Beautiful setting amongst the trees and very private lot. Nice grassy area for taking the dogs out. Would definitely rent this one again!

Contacted property manager about remote. She was very rude. Sent photo of water running under downstairs backdoor. No response from her. Will not stay again.

Beech Mountain Getaway

House is well stocked - from kitchen to bathroom. Showers even had built in soap/shampoo/conditioner so didn’t need to bring. Nice that all linens provided as well. The downstairs room was a hit with my teens - pool table and tv area provided a separate area to hang out away from living area/kitchen on main floor. The three floors of bedrooms were also nice to spread out. House much nicer than photos - very clean and well maintained. Good location on Beech Mountain - close to restaurants and hiking.

Our Family Trip 2021

Beautiful home wish I could of stayed longer, as soon as we walked in we felt like home my kids enjoyed it and so did everyone that went to the house, home was cleaned and spacious for everyone I thought it was 2 stoy home but it was 3 I liked that very much ..I would recommend this home to everyone that wants to get away to the mountains. Thank You Carmen for allowing us to stay at your property.

Family reunion

Our family has visited Banner Elk for 15+ years. Summer in the Mountains is always great and there are plenty of activities. We wanted a larger house than normal and Carmen’s house fit the bill. The pool table and tv room downstairs was a great place to hangout. And the 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs were great to relax. There is a kitchen and large living room and deck on the main floor. And several of us walked a 1 1/2 path near the driveway. We had a great time and didn’t need to leave the house to have a great time. We also needed to change the dates of our stay and Carmen handled the whole process. We hope to come back and stay again in another couple of years.

Immaculate

Immaculate. Carmen‘s property was exceptionally clean. This is so appreciated. She was readily available to answer any and all questions. Our primary visit was to attend the Highland games in Grandfather Mountain. Her location was convenient to this event and other attractions. In addition, our four-legged friends were right at home. Oh I have to complement her on having not only a regular coffee pot but a Keurig too! Thank you!!!

Great Location and Property

This place is much better than the photographs suggest, (not that they're bad either). Big, clean, nice hangout area in the lower level with pool table. Perfect for our group of 9, adults, little ones and teens. Seamless check-in process, Carmen was on the ball and we had zero problems. Thanks!

The best!

We loved our stay at Carmen’s Beech Mountain home! Everything was extremely clean & spacious. We cooked each night & the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies & utensils we needed. Loved the pool table! House is just a few minutes away from the ski lift & close to yummy restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect for Beech

I brought my three boys (aged 13, 13, and 9) and my buddy brought his 8yo for a two night, two day ski trip and this place was perfect for us. I wish all owners communicated as well as this owner did. Really enjoyed our stay and have already looked to book it in the future. Very close to Beech Mtn!

Like home away from home

This property feels like home away from home. It has all of the essentials and plenty of room for a group. We had anticipated having seven in our group that reduced to five due to Covid unfortunately. With five of us there was more than enough room and places to get away from each other. :) The kitchen was well stocked, having linens provided was a huge plus, and laundry facilities on the first floor were a great benefit. The attached garage was very helpful when we came in from snowy hikes and needed to diss robe without making a mess in the house. The play room in the basement with a pool table was a great getaway for the kids while the parents could enjoy some quiet upstairs. The property sits in walking distance from the lovely trail that we enjoyed a multitude of times. The deer sightings we are a nice touch!
