Quaint and comfortable for our family of 5. The bunk beds were not very strong for our adult children, main seating area was cozy with the gas fireplace (but needed extra comfy chairs). Beautiful view! Main bedroom didn’t have shades, so the sun woke us early.

Cozy stay!!

We had an amazing trip! This stay was so easy and everything was just perfect. It smelled so clean and new when we walked in the first day. Beautiful view and excellent size for a family.

Great covered porch!!

This place is great. Lots of pros!!! The beds, pillows and linens are amazing! We spent the majority of our time on the covered porch. The view is amazing!! Enjoyed both the regular coffee machine and K machine. Cons- the shower doors in two bedrooms had problems. One is off track and the master bedroom the door doesn’t cover the entrance all the way. And caused water to go everywhere. CURTAINS!!! The bedrooms need curtains to keep out the sun. Didn’t enjoy waking up at 6am when the sun came up.

Awesome Blue Ridge Mountain vacation

Our family had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Cozy Cub at Echota! The condo/neighborhood was in a great location for NC mountain activities. It was a clean and peaceful area to stay. The Activity Center and breath taking views were better than expected. I would highly recommend !

Great experience

Property was clean and well appointed. It was quiet and convenient to things we wanted to do. Rental staff was excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Rentals and the Cozy Cub.

Grandmother, Mother, and Daughter trip

I rented this space for my trip with my eldery mother and my teen daughter. It was PERFECT. There is an elevator that was very helpful not only to get our stuff in, but used regularly by my mother with a walker. The space is clean, and beautiful, and the views simply can't be beat. I didn't want for anything the entire time I was there. I was able to cook each day, relax when we got back from exploring, and even do some laundry while on vacation :-) The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond. I plan to look through their properties for another large family gathering as well as time away in the mountains with my husband. Simply put, you won't regret booking here.

Great location + views

Wonderful accommodations! Loved the comfortable deck furniture. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Perfect base for our daily hiking trips. Close enough to Boone for dining and shopping but away from the crowds.

Great place

We really enjoyed this condo. It lived up to its Cozy name. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor deck furniture was great, the view was amazing and we loved the close access to the pool. It had all the pots, pans and cookware that we needed. My only suggestion is that ownership put in some blinds or curtains in the master bedroom to keep the light out in the early morning. We usually do not sleep in late but it would of been nice to have that option when we were on vacation.

Only one big complaint.

This property had A LOT of positives. Beautiful location, clean, nice amenities, clear communication regarding check in and check out. However...we do have one pretty big complaint. The dryer on the property was not working. As a family of 5, we really rely on laundry. We contacted the management via the number they had previously texted us through and had asked us to use. Each response from them took several hours and we were told someone would call in regards to getting the dryer fixed. We NEVER got a call and the dryer was never fixed. It was as if they completely ignored our needs. Considering how nice the property is and how much we paid to stay, it was a huge disappointment that we had to manage three kids under 5 with no full laundry facility available. We would love to bring our extended family back and rent a bigger property but this was very disappointing.

Echota get away

Family trip to the mountains with grandchildren. Good stay even though rainy weather. Unit was very nice, indoor pool great, enjoyed porch and kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful Stay!!

The condo was immaculate and very nicely designed! The cabinets were full of all pots, pans, plates and even cooking oil and spices needed. The views are gorgeous and just a beautiful condo and community!
