This condo is beautifully decorated, it has a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels for you to choose from! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a waffle maker, a coffee maker, and every tool needed to create the perfect meal. Our place is close to family-friendly activities, the Ski Resort is located right across the street from the 2nd level parking lot. Enjoy snow tubing, snowboarding, skiing, and ice skating, you will also find the Beech Mountain Brewery and the Skybar. Within close walking distance to the Alpen Haus, View Haus, Ski Rentals, Coffee shops, and Restaurants!

Hiking Trails, Shops, and Restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy during the summer season - mountain biking, the 5506' Skybar is located at the top of the highest ski area in the eastern United States. Across the street, you will find the Beech Mountain Brewery. Feel free to ride from the home to the biking trails, no driving is needed. You’ll love our place because of the convenient location for the winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and ice skating.

We will provide you with a unique code for your stay a few days before your arrival.

We are members of the Beech Mountain Contry Club, if you wish to use te conutry club during your stay the transfer fee requested by the club is $300 which is not included in your total, this gives you access to use the club facilities including: pool, social activities, dinning venues, fitness center, ski lodge and fitness classes * fees may apply. If you don't wish to use the club facilities during your stay NO aditional paymen will need to be made

The Beech Mountain Club activities start on Mother’s Day weekend and the club usually closes the third weekend in October. The pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day weekend.


•You will also have access to the association clubhouse where you will find 2 washers and 2 dryers (coin-operated). We provide you with starter laundry pods and drying sheets. We will provide you with the access code with the check-in information.

•Pet fee is $39 per pet and $50 for longer stays. The payment request will be sent once the booking is completed.

•During the winter season you must bring the appropriate vehicle (4x4, AWD or snow chains) to avoid putting your family and others at risk!
