  • Come enjoy this 4 bedroom 4 bath condo. It is across the road from the ski slopes. You are also walking distance to ice skating and tubing. In the master bedroom there is a king sized bed. In the guest bedrooms you have a queen in one, and two twins in the other two. This condo will sleep 10. There is a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on the cool winter nights. It also has Wi-Fi. Walk out on the balcony and you can over look the beautiful golf course of Sugar Mountain. NO SMOKING permitted.Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The place was nice and good location but needs to be updated. Washer didnt work well. Heater in downstairs bedrm with twin beds didnt work. Gas fireplace would be nice.

great location

We enjoyed this location and could walk to the slopes. The condo is showing its age, but it was clean and comfortable. Price matched the accommodations.

Staying at Sugar Mountain

The location was great and loved having all the rooms and bathrooms. I guess the only thing was one of the rooms with the two twin beds, the mattresses could stand to be replaced and there wasn’t enough towels. Other than that, the place was very nice. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great location

We had 2 families with 3 teenage boys. Boys were able to walk to slopes easily while the adults enjoyed the surrounding area. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. A little dated, but clean. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Location

It was a great location for walking to tubing and skiing each day. It is out-dated and the beds need new mattresses, but that was expected from the pictures and other reviews. We chose the place for location and convenience, not luxury.

Poor property and management

We stay there for two nights. The location is good but the property is outdated. One room in basement has no heat. The dishwasher wasn’t working.In the morning, a technician arrived to fix the dishwasher and heating issues in the basement. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the problems and assured us he would return, but he never came back. As a result:•The dishwasher remains non-functional.•One room in the basement still has no heat, which has forced two of our children to sleep on the main floor.This has caused significant inconvenience for our family and has impacted the quality of our vacation. We kindly request a refund to compensate for this unexpected disruption but they never respond to my email.

Needs TLC

The TV in 2 bedrooms did not work and they never fixed it.2. The microwave handle is broken3. The single bed upstairs seems to be broke and the mattresses are uncomfortable. 4. We found a hat and shirt under the bed that is not ours. sunflower seeds and garbage under the rocker in the living room. Cereal, popcorn, and whatever else is in the couch where the pull out bed is. 5. We were only given 1 key to the place because the other key didn't work6. the front screen door slams shut so hard because the springs don't work.7. the screen door on the back doesn't shut. 8. Comforters have nasty stains on them along with the pillows. Very disgusting. 9. The toilet seats downstairs are both falling apart. 10. missing light bulbs throughout the place. Many of the sockets don't work.11. The dryer doesn't work at drying clothes12. Towels are limited, very used, and very small13. Windows are fogged upstairs The positive. Close to slopes and has an open floor plan. For the price I paid, this place was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed.

Close to the slopes, great for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, it made it easy to take breaks after being on the slopes all day. The layout was great for big families or 4 couples.There are some needed updates with the decor and maintenance of the condo. The older appliances were showing their age and the water heater was leaking while we were there. But for the price of our stay we didn't mind it to much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 2 other Snowlake properties with this one being the best (except a few things). It's a quick walk to the slopes. Walking uphill is a little tough but it comes with the territory. No need for bus pickup. Condo could use some new skillets but we made do with what we had. Also blender was missing several parts. The dryer is old and it was basically constantly running while we were there because of how long it took to dry our clothes. It worked though. Overall we were pleased with our accommodations as we are there to have fun, enjoy family and friends, and deal with what we are given.

Sugar Mountain Townhouse

Very convenient townhouse for ski trip getaway. The multiple levels offer privacy and room to space out. A beautiful view of a lake from the back porch and a nice short walk to the slopes. A perfect condo for your Sugar Mountain ski trip..

Condo needs updating.

The property was a great location. The first two days there was an odor in the condo. When staying for a week more than two rolls of toilet paper should be supplied for each bathroom and three pods for the dishwasher . Hair was in the master bedroom shower. We were giving the wrong directions to the condo resulting going to the wrong side of the mountain and when we got to the correct condo we had been given the wrong set of keys. We enjoyed our visit but the condo was not the most impressive.
