This place is nothing short of amazing! Gorgeous villa, huge rooms, comfortable beds, large pool, and incredibly helpful and wonderful staff.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel really welcome by all of the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. This villa itself is as discribed, and probably bigger than expected. Both the property and gardens were imaculatley kept. Even with a bigger group, there is always a quiet place than can be found, if required. The pool is a great size and much bigger than the other villas near by, that said you are not overlooked by them. The villa is on quite a hillside and while walking into the local area is fairly easy,(downhill! ) The walk back is not for the fainthearted as it is very steep. There is a small resort about a 5 minute walk away which allows residents of the villa to use their bar and restaurant facilities, which is handy for the one day a week when the villa staff are day off - which was a Sunday when we visited. A great place to relax and the villa makes that very easy. Accross the valley there is a very steep road which is a challange to trucks and mopeds alike which does produce some background noise which can be heard outside but is not noticeable inside and also does greatly reduce during the hours of darkness. This is a great place to experience the real Bali, and while its approximatley a 3 hr drive from the airport - it is well worth the journey. Cabs are very cheap by Western standards and I would not recoment a hire car unless you are a very experienced driver.

Fantastisch mooi huis met een geweldig uitzicht. Made, Lutuh en Gede waren altijd in de buurt zonder dat het opviel. Made maakt heerlijk avondeten en ontbijt.Het is een spannende stijle weg er naar toe, maar dat is het zeker waard. We hebben genoten!

Trip to Lovina

We stayed at the villa during April 2025. We spent 7 nights at the villa and it was fabulous. It is very clean and well maintained. The onsite staff are extremely pleasant and a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend anyone looking to stay for a relaxing location.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in de Villa. De communicatie verliep soepel. Het personeel bij het huis is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zonder al te aanwezig te zijn. Ik kan aanraden van al hun services gebruik te maken (chauffeur bijvoorbeeld). Het huis is brandschoon en ligt prachtig afgelegen. We hebben alle dagen in de villa gegeten. Het eten van Made was heerlijk. Zelfs een kookles van haar gehad. Bedden waren fijn en airco’s werkten goed. Prachtige tuin. Een verblijf om niet te vergeten.

Take me back

Ummmm, where to start? What words to use... Just wow... the staff here make the property they are like fairy godmothers... and the garden workers tirelessly. The chef. She could work in any high end restaurant in london. You do not need to leave... infact we will return just to hide away from the world. The views are stunning. The layout of the villa is on point. Bathrooms are lush balinese style and such a treat. Beds are super comfy and even the pillows were good which always seems an issue when staying away from home. I could go on and on. But you will get the jist. If in doubt, dont be book. Explore, do excursions or just hideaway and slow your pace of living for a couple of weeks... read, breathe order a massage in. Order a yoga instructor... meditate in the lush surrounds and just take some time to recoup... brilliant sound system stunning bed canaopy area... so pretty at night with the lights and the ambience mood. Beautiful viwes of sunrise and sunset... the fairygodmothers even insisted on doing our washing + ironing...( we have 5 kids) i have stayed in 5 star resorts that have no match on this place. Even a sandwhich lunch was elaborated and so tasty... if we were closer... i would stay here every year. Just to gather my thoughts and have a real break from life. Thank you so much... wish we would have stayed here for our whole 2 weeks in bali!!! Love the thompsons

In 1 woord fantastisch. Alles klopte, de prachtige villa, het comfort, van alle gemakken voorzien en bovenal geweldig personeel (kokkin, housekeeper etc.). Wij hoeven niet verder te zoeken wij komen terug.

Surreal views, incredible hospitality, perfect place to relax

I had the pleasure of staying with my family of five over a few days at the Villa Sali Sing Sing in the Lovina Beach area. I’m so glad that I found this place, it is such a hidden gem and probably the best place I stayed on my entire trip through four countries. From the beginning to end, I felt everything was well detailed, organized and communicated clearly from communication with the owner Angelique about transportation and what to do All the way to a welcome arrival by Maddi, Luhtu and Komeng. They had Our arrival dinner and breakfast included and made it easy for additional meals by Maddi. Luhtu and Maddi made the stay feel like home. The view is indescribable, having a dinner overlooking the ocean by a cliff, and swimming in the pool while listening to your music on their outdoor Bose speakers, napping by the cabana, they just made us feel like home. My kids loved it. They made a special celebration for my wife’s birthday and were also very accommodating when my wife got sick, they even coordinated a doctor coming to the villa to check on her. It is a bit secluded far up the steep hills in Lovina- which is what gives it the over view- it does require a little planing with the drivers- but easily done through whatsapp. We were even able to arrange a small tour with a few customized key stops on the few hour drive up from Denpasar area. Just a really well run villa, from beginning to end. So grateful for their hospitality and hope to be back soon! - Sami and family

This is a fantastic house in a nice quiet part of the island. The design is beautiful and the house, grounds and pool are immaculate. This was our first stay in Bali and owner was very helpful getting us set up with driver, massages, and advice. The staff was gracious and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was wonderful. Angelique was spot on with her communication and scheduling our pick-up. No stress involved. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff with fresh flower necklaces and made to feel right at home. The villa was clean. Outdoor lounge area was incredible, with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was huge! If you like to swim laps, this is the place to do it. The view and sunsets were out of this world. We must have taken a 1000 photos of just the sunsets. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, good wi-fi. Loved the monkeys that showed up each day and house kitties. A very peaceful stay. Villa Sali Sing Sing is a beautiful home, made all the better by the amazing staff. There are not enough words to describe the kindness and care we received. Ma'de, the Chef, cooked up some delicious fare. Make sure you take a cooking class from her. Luh-Tu, the Housekeeper, kept us tidy and comfortable (even wanted to iron my husband's clothes). Gede, the Gardner, arrived each morning to clean the pool and greet us with a friendly smile. He kept the grounds immaculate. Komang, the night-time Security, was incredibly kind in helping my elderly husband traverse the steep driveway each evening. And not to forget our driver, Jaya, who was a blessing in not only providing transportation, but also an amazing travel guide and truly great person. Thank you, Angelique, for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Excellent villa and service

Everything was excellent: villa, view, pool, all the service and food! No disappointments. We ordered yoga, massage and manicure to the villa and just relaxed and enjoyed our private time. Cheap prices for the amenities. Villa's chauffeour picked us from the airport and rode us to Ubud. We highly recommend this villa!! Just lovely.

Total Bliss

My husband and I just returned from a 7 week stay at Villa Sali Sing Sing. This was our first trip to Bali and we fell in love with everything about it. This beautiful villa perched on the side of the mountain looking out over the forested valley and sea below was nothing short of spectacular. The staff were amazing and so gracious with their time that we wanted for nothing. We left if to Made to create our daily supper meals and there were no disappointments. Every meal was delicious! Lu Tu and Gede were always smiling and worked tirelessly to ensure the villa and grounds were spotless. Everyone we met in this beautiful country were friendly and provided a level of service above and beyond anything we had previously experienced in our travels. We cannot wait to go back! Absolutely breathtaking - couldn’t fault a thing

I knew from the reviews that this place would be special, but I was still blown away by the beauty of this villa. It is so well designed, and has every luxury you could wish for. We didn’t end up exploring Lovina as much as we had planned because our group of 7 all just wanted to stay at the villa and enjoy its facilities. The staff are so helpful and went over and beyond their duties to ensure we were comfortable and happy. All our needs were cared for by Lutu and Made, and the property was cleaned, maintained daily by Komong and guarded nightly by Gede. We couldn’t have wished for more with this place. We stayed with 7 of us : me and my husband and our 4 adult children and one son in law. There was so much space for us all and we all wished we had stayed here a few days longer.
