We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Helen’s Bay. Communication with Nicola was very easy. She was always very helpful and responded quickly. The location of the house was perfect for us as we could either stay and walk along the seaside in Crawfordsburn Park, drive to other walks and sites nearby or take the train into Belfast. The rooms were comfortable. It was a bit cold in the lower part of the house, as it was particularly cold weather in January, but we were able to boost the heat for periods of time Parking was conveniently in the back of the building. There is a nice wine shop at the corner right next to the train station. One thing to note is that even though the train station is right behind the townhouse it was very quiet and not noticeable at all. We would stay again if we were in the area.
