El hotel es muy bueno, el precio es excelente, muy buen servicio de transporte a el aeropuerto por parte del hotel. La zona aledaña al hotel no es buena, no es agradable, cómo turista no se siente cómoda, sin embargo si llegas en taxi y sales en el transporte del hotel o taxi no tienes problema.

El hotel es limpio y cómodo, solo diría que el personal de mañana es muy desagradable sobretodo las limpiadoras.

Hotel muy abandonado, cuidado!!! no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la web y oficiales.!! pague 28 euros por una doble sin desayuno, eso es lo único que hace que no pueda criticar mucho. no volvere

Es un hotel ideal para ir al aeropuerto , no lo recomiendo para otro tipo de estadía , buena pileta , habitación , cenamos y buena comida también

Hotel al lado del aeroperto, moderno
Está al lado del aeropuerto, las habitaciones son modernas, se agradece un baño en la bañera el día antes de viajar. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno, hacía muchísimo frío en la zona de desayuno y la comida no era nada buena, acabé desayunando solo unos cereales. Por lo demás el hotel muy bien

Hotel desastroso
Fue una muy mala experiencia. No recomendaria este hotel a nadie. Todos los empleados eran muy agradables pero absolutamente ineficientes. El aire acondicionado funciono mal. El TV no funcionaba. El agua caliente entraba y salia. No me despertaron por la mañana para agarrar mi vuelo. Y asi una larga lista de etceteras. El wifi si funciono.

Seems like hotel is under the refurbishment. Stuff need to be pushed to assist you. Menu in the restaurant more or less good, very big portions

The room was big but the bathroom is starting to show wear and tear. There were no washcloths or hand towels, only 2 large bath towels. No iron or ironing board either. The breakfast was good if not unhealthy. I only ate the watermelon. Everything else looked very unhealthy. The coffee was terrible, asked for cream, said they didn't have any.they only had milk I paid for breakfast and two airport transfers. When I arrived I asked for an early morning transfer, they asked why time my flight was and I told them 8:30 They said I had to be there 3 hours before I said no I don't I'm traveling business we have "fast track" and I wasn't checking any bags. I asked that I leave around 6:45 specifically saying as long as I was there by 7. Since breakfast was a bust I was ready to go earlier. by 6:20 I told the front desk I could go anytime. By 6:40 I asked how long it would be. She said they wouldn't be leaving until 7 that that was what I booked. I told her, no, that's not what I booked ONLY then did they tell me that they run every hour on the hour. This was never mentioneded in the description, when I checked in, or when I told them I could leave earlier, not until I asked why I had to wait so long, there were 3 transfers sitting in the parking lot. At this point, I'm upset and they offer me a ride, but I had to pay $180 Baht. I didn't get a refund for the additional cost of transfers. Communication is terrible. I should have got $ back.

10 min drive to airport. Shuttle available with others for around the same price as a private bolt :) ants in room . Lovely interior decor . Huge bed . Lovely bathtub.

Rapport qualité prix excellent Piscine ouverte jusqu’a 23h. Restaurant jusqu’à 1 h du matin. Prix restaurant très correct. Chambre spacieuse toutes comodite avec possibilité de transfert

Relaxation before long haul flight
Booked here for the night before my flight out of BKK. Was so nice to relax. Pool is great and seating is plentiful. Rooms have a bath tub which was great as a wind down before a long haul flight. Paid 80baht for airport shuttle and it leaves on the hour every hour. Some options have the shuttle included I believe. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great value hotel with really friendly staff and good location for the airport. Has everything you need and that little bit extra (restaurant, pool, bar). But no frills. So don't expect the shiny extra touches. That said me and my wife had a great stay and will definitely be booking again on our next stay in Bangkok

The shuttle service from the airport and the big breakfast in the morning was my favorite. The staff was always attentive and helpful with anything you needed. The wifi is kinda slow and in and out but still usable if you have patience. The pool looked inviting and saw others enjoying it. The quiet room is just what I needed to recover from the long trip, then head into the city

Shuttle service and staff were amazing. Area was a little remote but fine if you’re not leaving the hotel. The room didn’t have a lamp or reading light so once you turned off all of the overhead lights, you were left in darkness.
